自從校園生活畢業後,昔日的同學們因就讀/工作/移民等等種種原因聯絡漸漸疏離,再者,現在我的工作時間比以前更浮動,相約的機會一次又一次消失了...沒法子啦,打工嘛!(笑)今次偶然的機會也藉著巧合,能與多年沒見面的同學們聚舊,這餐飯局儼如xx學校同學會,哈哈~有的噓寒問暖,有的善意揶揄一番,有的.."噫噫唉唉",對話作頭盤不久,點選的幾款小菜也來了,泰國餐總少不了冬蔭公湯吧,湯內材料十足香味四溢;酸辣適宜,蝦還挑走討厭的蝦腸,這方面亦見較用心.到了第二道菜,塔拋菜炒肉碎(生菜包),炒也很香口乾身但塔拋菜的香味不足略為失色,手起匙落沒兩三下子生菜也清光,這種飲食氣氛很好,既然是大家是"老死",也不跟你客氣講儀態!!~"喂~這塊是我的,別手多亂來!!......"說著說著之間,炸蝦餅來到,又是暴動的開始,幸好我不太食蝦,所以管他們爭過湯也打翻了~參來一小口,蝦餅挺彈牙炸亦夠乾身,只是醮蝦餅的醬基本是同一味道而已.其他還有一些小菜式,豬頸肉/醃雞腳/醃海鮮陸陸續續來到,這些菜式的味道中規中矩,是他們的爭奪似是加分不少...食物可是單向,亦可是雙向!我最喜愛的傳統濃湯貴刁也來了,湯底的顏色暗暗的,味道卻醇厚,他們的稍稍注視後問:"咩味?""可以好酸,可以好甜,可以好辣,可以好酸辣.....":我答,繼而,噓聲四起....這貴刁雖然說著傳統,好像存在著一個指標,其實在這飯局數月前,我食著同一款的貴刁跟老闆娘閒聊著,好奇心問問放在枱上四個小盒:辣椒粉,醋,我也理解,但砂糖有何用作?這裏的冷熱飲也不需加糖,那?答案就是這貴刁了!在當地他們的麵食味道好極端是常見的事,同一款麵食,有人食好甜,有人食好酸,辣等等,所以就是這樣:她說.解釋完後給他們這下好看了,接著發生的惡作劇,我想各位都估對其一二了~~三色冰類甜品作為飯局尾聲亦代表我們是次的相聚也接近尾聲了,難得聚首一堂,談起想起當年往事,下一次的聚會又不知何年何月了,大家又會變成哪模樣?食物是生活的一部份,亦是回憶的一部份,也可是茫茫人海中的一條牽線!…Read More

喺澳門一般的麵食店的大路配料多數是:牛腩,牛筋,冬菇,魷魚,墨魚丸,水餃雲吞皮,乜乜乜etc...再特別點是:蝦籽,疆,墨魚翼,羊肉,花雕乜乜,手打乜乜etc...所以我很少思考良久才下單,實行想食乜就去邊間~...除非到我唔知想食乜...有一日發生咗類似的情況,駕車四周都毫無頭緒...最後經過新龍記;就試試吧!坐上來後,基本上都不用睇餐牌,大大隻字的介紹牌在牆上:蟹皇撈麵,花雕雞麵,清湯牛腩...蟹皇撈麵?好少有得食的配搭,當然選它啦!不久,蟹黃撈麵來喇~蟹黃的份量倘可接受,麵的熱力令蟹黃慢慢溶開與醬油和麵條拌勻,蟹黃油豐腴,只是香味略遜,麵質不夠彈牙而且不要放涼,此道麵越熱才越好食!花雕雞撈米粉:雞肉選用烏雞,烹煮適宜肉質不老,可惜味道調得過火蓋了花雕大部份的香味!扣分.牛腩菜:點錯的菜,本來原意想要清湯牛腩菜的,是自己點錯了不怪別人,但......味道好濃好咸,肉質好瘦,食二三口便想投降的感覺,還是盡快把菜食光吧!~…Read More

話說那天幾位朋友到廚屋食晚飯,剛巧我也在荷蘭園附近接過他們電話數分鐘後便到店內;說就說得動聽請我,點餐我也沒份點,來到的時候已經上好菜式了,原本想點粉絲蟹煲"醃"下他們也來不及了..嘻嘻.點的都是大路的菜款,炸蝦餅/炒通菜....普通非常.....醃生蝦...向來我都不會點選不會吃的菜款;鐵板海鮮,好像與其他一品煲的味道差不多..賣相亦似...只不過是用鐵板盛著而已....最後到泰式富貴魚了,湯頭不算濃郁也帶不出魚的鮮味,中規中矩吧.若有下次,還是我點菜好了.....既然是被請,來個蟹煲"醃一醃"先!!!嘿嘿...!!…Read More

newmail0120 前日媽咪收到張"譚家魚翅"傳單想去試,於是琴晚一家人去試,點知未食都已經一肚火,D碗筷還有油積,拿上手還是油油的,而其中一隻碗內還有送上一條別人吃過的芽菜。見此情況,然後告知服務員,服務員竟然說"出街食飯一定要自己把碗筷洗多一次架喇",我聽完話這番話都認,點知突然有個"阿叔"話我地"出來食野係咁家喇,唔食就走",我立刻望住個"阿叔",然後佢立即收聲,點知佢目的地沒有還口,佢仲繼續講,之後我地鬧左個"阿叔"幾句就起身走,是問食物幾好食都沒用,"待客之道"是這樣的嗎?
