之前在土瓜灣除近閒逛,見到呢間新開餐廳,位置比較隱蔽,今日專登帶埋兩位小老闆去試一試。餐廳環境舒適,坐位唔會太迫,有5張4人枱和一張bar枱,門外另有擺放一張4人枱。每張枱都有擺放紙巾同搓手液。店員態度親切友善,又會介紹一下餐廳推介。餐廳有健康低卡既椰菜花飯提供,岩晒我呢啲減肥人士,我叫左一個日式咖喱雞碎花(碎花=椰菜花飯),兩位小老闆一個叫左蘑菇卡邦尼意粉,一個要蔥油豬扒蛋飯,另外仲叫左一個燒汁鯖魚。日式咖喱雞碎花椰菜花飯味道唔會太濃太咸,配埋日式咖喱味道剛剛好,咖喱都唔會太辣,我想食日式咖喱好耐,但咖喱一定要配埋飯先好食,我已行低碳飲食多年,呢間餐廳嘅椰菜花飯可以滿足到我嘅慾望。蘑菇卡邦尼意粉呢個意粉係即炒的,所以製作需時,意粉軟硬度適中,醬汁夠軟滑creamy,中間放咗一隻蛋黃令賣相更好同時增加蛋黃的味道。蔥油豬扒蛋飯豬扒煎得好香,蔥油比例一流,蔥花又香又爽脆,隻蛋都煎得好靚,小老闆唔捨得食隻蛋,留到最後先食。燒汁鯖魚鯖魚皮煎得微脆,魚肉都唔會乾,配埋燒汁一流。每個餐都會有一小碟配菜跟埋,感覺上健康一點。飲品可選汽水或+$3自家製羅漢果水/檸檬薏米水,我好後悔冇加錢叫檸檬薏米水,因為見到隔離幾台嘅客人都係叫薏米水,賣相都好吸引,下次再嚟一定要試吓。另外幫朋友外賣了一個蔥油雞扒蛋碎花,朋友表示好味,但如果可以有更多蔥油就更好。另外因為外賣會有倒汗水,所以椰菜花飯比較濕,如果外賣嘅人記得要盡快趁熱食。這間餐廳晚市做埋串燒的,搵日一定要黎試下。…Read More

紅磡有幾間車仔麵店,除左差館里那間外(但經常排長龍),其他質素都好一般。今日經開必嘉街,見到有間新開的,就試一試。他們除咗可以好似傳統咁自己野餸外,另外都有一些套餐,我叫左一碗威風百麵(配秘製辣汁-小辣),再加一個小食椒鹽花枝丸。我幾鍾意佢哋有呢類套餐,食車仔麵好多時眼闊肚窄,雖然套餐每款餸既份量會較少,但可以食多幾款餸,同埋佢地價錢合理。平時去另一間食,一個人都要百幾蚊🤦🏻‍♀️。威風百麵有8款餸,腩肉炆得好淋好入味,必食推介。大腸夠肥美,魚腐好食,溏心蛋整得恰到好處,其他餸都唔錯。$52呢個價錢真心抵食,仲要送自家製甜品。椒鹽花枝丸-呢樣就普通左少少,似係將花枝丸炸完再灑上椒鹽,丸係彈牙同有花支粒。免費甜品選了Oreo木糠布甸食物質素係唔錯,唯一要改善既地方係可以多留意一下差不多食完既客人,問他們想要咩甜品,我見到另外兩枱客人都係俾錢時職員才問要什麼甜品,兩個都說不要了😂,起晒身,俾埋錢,戴晒口罩,唔通又坐返低食甜品咩😅。…Read More

網上見到有人話紅磡廣場附近有間海南雞唔錯,今天下午4點零鐘經過,順路買外賣回家當晚餐。當我企係門口看餐牌時,女侍應馬上出來招呼我,介紹一下餐牌上的食物。我最後還是決定買了兩客招牌海南雞飯。因還是午餐時段,一客是$50另加$1外賣盒。$51有一客海南雞飯加湯/熱飲,非常抵食。在我等候外賣期間,店員不時走出來跟我說「唔好意思,等多陣」,她還提我如果回家不是馬上吃的話,應如何處理食物。講返重點,整盒海南雞飯份量十足,雞又多又滑,還有蕃茄和青瓜作配菜。雞油飯好香雞油味還有淡淡椰香。雞醬酸辣度適中,很開胃。美中不足的是雞湯太細碗,如果大碗一點更好。我家的兩位小朋友秒清晒整個餐,他們都說好味,比起Thai Plxx好食,叫我下次再買。而價錢方面也平宜很多。…Read More
