上星期同朋友係荃灣跑完步佢話有間串燒店好好味, 於是我地過左去食估唔到係荃灣樓上既餐廳可以咁熱鬧餐廳裝修好日系坐底之後店員就拎左個爐黎比我地話比我地暖住啲食物, 都幾細心我地點左鹽燒白鱔魚皮燒到似威化紙咁脆,鱔肉卻保持啖啖膠質孜然燒蒜蓉茄子係每次必點嘅素食之選,原條茄子上鋪滿金銀蒜孜然香氣撲鼻,用匙羹𢳂起嚟食仲有肉汁流出嚟七味汁燒豬大腸清洗得極乾淨,完全無異味燒到外脆內糯,七味粉嘅微辣更加帶出腸衣嘅油香,送酒一流孜然豚肉莞茜卷我身為一個芫茜控見到即刻忍唔住點豚肉片卷住滿滿香菜燒香後芫茜依然保持翠綠孜然味同芫茜香意外地夾味醂魚干燒得恰到好處甜鹹交織嘅魚香配沙律醬,係傳統居酒屋風味燒芝士年糕外皮脆卜卜,上面放左紫菜醉點埋醬汁一齊食味道好意想不到蟹肉芝士最中餅個賣相好靚, 創意滿分中間夾住滿滿既蟹肉作為串燒中途嘅小清新break食都幾合適鹽燒翠玉瓜多汁清甜,完美展現蔬菜原味汁燒三黃雞氣管口感獨特似脆骨,燒汁甜甜哋幾惹味,鍾意咬嘢既朋友應該會沉迷呢種爽脆感焦糖鰻魚芝士玉子燒鰻魚既焦香同玉子既軟嫩, 兩者口感加埋好特別而且兩樣都係我鍾意既食物鹽燒鮮三黃雞腿肉簡單用鹽調味已經無得輸雞肉嫩滑,外皮燒到微脆鎖住肉汁,好味焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士比我想像中大件, 鵝肝好厚身用焦糖青蘋果嘅甜酸平衡油膩感個多士仲要烘到牛油香四溢,完美配搭厚切鹽燒牛舌拖羅牛舌好厚切咬落爽彈得嚟帶點黏口炭火香同肉香交織我同朋友都爭住食埋最後一件添鹽燒和牛牛小排油花分布靚到似藝術品,輕輕一咬油脂香即時爆發建議第一啖原味,第二啖點少少wasabi,層次即刻昇華~鹽燒原塊雞皮燒到似塊透明玻璃紙,脆到「索索聲」又唔油膩灑咗少少七味粉更加惹味,送酒一流!和牛棒配松露一口飯造型精緻,將和牛碎搓成棒狀燒香配埋松露香濃嘅一口飯兩種口感同時享受,儀式感滿分…Read More
