是夜與家人到銅鑼灣吃晚飯,原先是去時代廣場搵食的,但可惜人太多,而且我們又沒有訂位,所以最後唯有轉到此店用膳。一打開個類似folder嘅餐牌,嘩... 入面勁多紙,真係有排睇。有位女店員介紹我地叫餐食,可惜果啲餐所包括嘅食物,都係家人們不吃的,所以最後都係選擇『散叫』。諗好食乜之後,有一男店員經過,叫佢幫我地落單,但我地想食嘅海膽蒸豆腐賣哂。之後果位男店員就介紹其他嘢俾我地。但果位男店員嘅所謂『介紹』只是照餐單讀出菜名同埋強調係得獎菜而已,根本與介紹拉不上關係。例如該男店員介紹我地食此店嘅得獎菜『金絲三味豆腐』,佢淨係話三種唔同整法。之後我忍唔住出聲話佢︰照字面睇,我都知係三種唔同整法,但你係咪都要話我知邊三種整法呀?係熱盤定冷盤呀?乜都唔知你叫我點叫呀?當然最後佢都有答到我。但係我真係覺得果位店員好唔專業囉,佢又唔係新嚟唔知道,但就懶得慢慢介紹!最後我地選擇咗︰ 金絲三味豆腐︰側面兩款豆腐,一是用花生醬整的,而另外的是鹵水整的。兩款整法都幾好食。但中間用蠔油整法的就一啲都唔好食。啲蠔油好咸,而且皮蛋+蠔油,好怪囉!另外兩樣 --- 腐皮都幾好,青瓜都唔錯,可惜隔離果啲黃豆就淡而無味,勁難食! 臘味炒芥蘭︰分量少,而且啲臘肉就超咸。唔連飯同吃,根本舌唔落。大斑兩味 --- 包括︰ 榨菜肉絲蒸斑頭腩︰榨菜&肉絲都唔多覺眼佢地嘅存在。但呢道菜都okay嘅。斑頭腩都幾多肉。 西蘭花炒海斑球︰唔錯!食得出啲斑球係新鮮。最後係送嘅糖水 --- 紅豆沙︰普普通通。…Read More

見今日生果日報也有介紹此店,即時提醒了我要快快為此店打食評。白灼油菜︰選了唐生菜。菜是新鮮,沒有苦澀味。可惜蠔油偏淡,如果蠔油咸番少少會好啲。山竹牛肉︰友人不喜吃芫茜,但友人說這牛肉球真的食好吃,就算內有芫茜都照吃。哈哈... 果然,友人沒有介紹錯,此牛肉球用料真的新鮮,未落喼汁前,仍然看到牛肉球是粉粉地紅色的。黃沙豬膶腸粉︰非常好吃,只是略嫌豬膶較細舊,如果大舊番啲,或多落幾舊來底消番的話會更好。雞扎︰由腐皮至餡料都好好食,而且餡料不是出面部分酒樓所用的火腿扒,芋頭。臘味糯米飯︰雖然糯米飯是蒸的,但都幾好味。此店用了半肥瘦的臘腸,真的非常好吃,而且臘腸一啲都唔韌。讚... 此店的價錢與酒樓正價時段差不多,但用料就比酒樓更好,本人一定會再光顧此店的。…Read More

只沒有其他選擇之下,友人才選擇吃點心填肚。因為得3個人,所以要等一陣至有位,但等位其間,因本人個袋好重,所以就放一放落地下,跟住就有個男店員即刻衝埋嚟問我地幾多位同埋做咩事?我地答咗佢3位,但仲未答佢後面嘅問題,佢就已經叫我地入去。我地行咗幾步之後,有另外一位女店員同果位男店員講,未有檯住,叫我地等多陣。個人覺得此店又唔係好大,點解連咁少事都可以出錯?最主要係果位男店員,未了解清楚就衝埋嚟好似想鬧我地咁呀?簡直就不知所謂。 白灼油菜︰真係好油,果然名乎其實。羅漢齋腸粉︰一啲都唔好食,入面啲齋真係一啲味道都冇。蝦餃︰好普通。香港大把酒樓都做到同樣水準。鮮竹卷︰都幾油,而且啲餡料都唔係好特別。燒賣︰一樣係好普通。未見有任何特出之處。總括嚟講,差不多大部分點心都係由$28起,如此價錢,響香港都可以食到比此店更好嘅水準。…Read More

友人想吃日本菜,因是日仍然係假期嘅關係,好多地方都俾人訂哂位,友人千揀難揀後,最終揀咗本人年幾冇嚟過嘅水車屋。一行四人,被安排坐於吧檯位。因有部分食物放得太遠嘅關係,未能影得哂。一坐低,我已經急不及待畫我要食嘅刺身。雖然年幾冇嚟,但刺身嘅水準並冇下降,而且仍然切得厚厚。但可惜到第三Round時,個劍魚腩刺身就好唔得。雪到冰哂,我咬咗一啖,凍到我啲牙痺哂。記得上一次嚟,有好多食物都冇試到,所以今次一定要叫嚟試吓至得。友人介紹我食嘅日本蜆粥,味道果然唔錯,而且個粥甜甜地幾好味咖。天婦羅方面我淨係食過多春魚同埋南瓜。我覺得多春魚就麻麻地,但南瓜真係好好食。友人揀嘅蒜香墨魚咀,我記得上次食過係好難食,而且仲水汪汪的;反而今次就好好多,雖然仲係有啲水,但就冇上次咁難食。芝麻八爪魚 ---> 其實呢個好多地方都有得食,不過友人話呢度好食啲。原因係呢度唔好俾好大pat嘅醬去蓋過哂啲八爪魚喎。今次漏單嘅情況比上次嚴重,唔知係咪因為爆場嘅關係?個沙茶鰻魚炒飯,我地叫咗三、四次之後至送嚟。仲有大慕牛肉飯,炸香蕉... 等等,最後都係連個樣都未見過囉!總括︰水準依舊,熱食比上一次有進步。給燒物部嘅哥哥仔︰請你唔好一手拎電話,另一隻手就整嘢俾我地食啦!都唔知你係咪因為咁所以俾阿頭話?不過係唔係都好啦,你都唔應該掉碟發脾氣囉,食食吓嘢無端端聽到『砰』一大聲,真係俾你嚇親咖!請不要再將閣下的情緒連繫到工作上。…Read More

很久以前都有嚟過此店,經過裝修之後,環境好了不少。以前嚟,多數都係打邊爐,因為貪呢度嘅鮮枝竹夠厚身。晚飯小菜都係第一次咋!脆皮燒腩仔︰本人食過最差嘅燒腩仔。皮雖然係脆,但一啲都唔香。而且啲肉過『林』,『林』到好似『梅』咗咁。薑蔥焗桶蠔煲︰呢道菜好好,而且啲蠔又夠肥美。拍得住金山螻嘅焗蠔咁香。:)翡翠炒大斑球︰可以啦!好多酒樓都有,如果連呢道菜都做得唔好的話,相信間舖都近乎執得。北菰花膠鵝掌煲︰估唔到賣相得次餘,味道都唔錯。雖然冬菇唔算係好香菇味果種,但都可以接受;花膠用的應該係中價貨,都幾好食;鵝掌唔錯,但若果再『林』少少就更好。:)清蒸大斑頭腩︰好食。而且帶有陳皮嘅香味。芝士海生蝦伊麵︰好難食。蝦唔新鮮,而且蝦殼仲『痴』實哂啲肉,蝦肉又『梅梅』地。芝士一啲都唔香,而且個汁勁少,根本冇可以撈得勻所有伊麵。…Read More

整日市區氣溫低於十度,相信大部份人都會選擇打邊爐。是夜到達時雖然已經九時多,但此店仍然爆場,幸好我們等了大約五分鐘便有檯了。入座前,我們已經向侍應表明是吃火鍋的,但卻被安排坐於一張非火鍋的檯;這都不要緊,加爐就可以了。但我們入座後,另外再跟侍應說了三次,他們才把火鍋爐及火鍋紙放下。一打開火鍋紙,選擇不多,蔬菜也只有三、四款選擇,海蝦售罄,我最愛的脆骨腩也沒有,所以很快我們便選好湯底及配料。等... 等... 等... 等了數十分鐘,湯底配料都未上;我們周圍眼望望,有一著黑色西裝的男子(((應該是部長)))見狀,瞄一瞄我們的檯,之後使去按一按電腦,過了兩分鐘後,湯底終於上檯了。之後我們又再等... 等... 等... 等了數十分鐘,配料仍然未上,坐於我們右邊的鄰座客人見我們及自己的配料都未上,便開始鼓譟,經他們投訴後,我們及他們的配料也開始陸陸續續送上了。醬料方面是自取的,較大路的椒絲生蒜,很快便被客人一窩蜂地掃光。 湯底︰芫茜皮蛋湯 配料︰鱔片、唐生菜、鴕鳥肉、豬夏青、肥牛、豬肝、雞子、鮮枝竹及魚腐配料不差,而且每款配料都用了白菜及菠菜墊底,不如外間多數用的椰菜絲。唯一要彈的是唐生菜,因為好幾瓣都爛爛的... (((忘記影相)))服務方面︰聽到左邊檯的客人埋單時,向侍應說︰『今晚好旺場喎,都未見過你地咁爆。等位等了半小時,等配料也等了半小時。』雖然我也覺得是夜的情況真的有點混亂,而且等上菜的時間也頗耐。可能此店新開不久關係,希望侍應之間的協調上會改進一下。但想借此特別一提,有位四眼男侍應,他的服務及效率真的要一讚。做事快手之餘,見我們把空碟疊在一起也不會視而不見。另外,一位著灰色西裝的男子(((應該是經理))),他真的很好,事事親力親為,就算上菜,收檯等等的工作,都不會只叫侍應們去做而自己不做的。本人最最最欣賞這類人... :) …Read More

天寒地冬,瞓到黃朝白晏係理所當然嘅事... 是日起床時已經接近下午二時,瞓咗十幾個鐘,個肚已經開始打鼓,梳洗過去就落街搵食。極想飲杯熱嘢,最好嘅選擇就當然係茶記啦!對於此店,本人經過就多,幫襯就真係第一次。一入內,被安排坐響最入最近水吧位的卡位。一路行入去被安排嘅位置時,見有一位人兄踎低響度將啲醬料由個透明儲物箱『畢』落個盆度。 個人覺得果位人兄嘅動作唔係咁好囉,除咗阻住人行之外,每每經過嘅人行過都總會有啲塵埃飛起啩,而且果條係侍應嘅必經之路,真係唔係咁睇囉。我覺得果位人兄應該將個箱放上檯之後再作處理。望咗一陣張餐牌,已經諗好食乜,但等咗好耐侍應至過嚟幫我地落單。全場只見一個侍應響度做緊嘢,應該因人手不足...之後我地點咗下午茶餐︰ 扒芝士火腿三文治配薯餅 + 熱好立克︰好好味,麵包加埋牛油烘過仲香,薯餅就可以啦,脆係脆,不過有陣油味,但就唔係油『益』味囉。Honey話,因為用新嘅油炸所以至會咁喎,唔知呢?另外,Honey話如果用塊有少少咸味嘅芝士應該會仲正。但個人就覺得啱啱好。 吉列魚柳配薯餅 + 熱好立克︰Honey話好味,而且塊魚柳又唔會炸過龍。而好立克就冇出面一啲茶餐廳咁孤寒,真係好夠濃。我地去到時係下午茶時間,咁啱又係員工嘅下午茶時間,眼見有數位員工坐響張大卡位(((我地對面檯)))度食嘢傾計,其實就冇乜所謂嘅,但佢地講嘢實在太大聲,太嘈,同埋太多『XYZ』喇。希望佢地可以顧及下其他客人,將音量降低少少啦!另外,我知道好多茶記都習慣將啲物品放響卡位下面,但唔該... 員工們去攞嘢時通知一聲個客人吖,無端端有個人衝埋嚟真係嚇一嚇咖!…Read More

下雨天 + 寒冷天氣警告生效之下,與Honey相討過後,一致決定,最好就係去搵啲『暖身』食物食吓。:)原本諗住去新忠記食煲仔飯,但係因為落雨而且附近啲舖仲未閂門,只係開得一張室外檯,所以我地決定轉地點搵食。:(之後不經不覺行經此店,Honey建議食川菜,原本我都唔係好想咖 (((因為之前聯記川王嘅經驗))),但經過Honey一輪游說之後,諗住入內一試。點知... 因為客人太多,所以我地最後決定買外賣。對住張外賣紙發呆咗一陣,諗極都唔知食乜好,之後有個侍應好有禮貌地介紹一啲食物俾我地;經過侍應熱情嘅推介之後我地最後點咗︰ 口水雞︰呢個口水雞真係好好好食,雖然係辣,但都食得出有雞味,啲雞肉一啲都唔『嚡』口,而且仲啖啖肉。(((好在叫咗三樣嘢咋,如果唔係一定食唔哂囉!))) 唔似得聯記川王果啲口水雞,厚厚嘅辣油浸住啲雞 + 死麻死辣,仲要俾埋啲雞背位,難食到爆。 介香木耳︰平時比較少食木耳,經侍應極力介紹下就『胆粗粗』試吓。嘩... 真係估唔到原來木耳 + Wasabi可以得出如此效果。Wasabi用量適中,絕對冇過分『攻鼻』嘅情況發生。讚... 芫茜皮蛋魚片泡飯︰因為我地叫咗個口水雞,所以Honey話叫番個芫茜湯飯去平衡番喎。 個湯好甜,一啲魚腥味都冇,用料新鮮之餘,分量好足,一啲都唔『孤寒』。而且飲完之後一啲『口乾』嘅感覺都冇,個湯應該係冇落味精咖。(((另外,唔知係咪果位侍應見我地點咗口水雞,所以最後佢拎份外賣俾我地果陣同我地講,話額外俾咗兩盒辣椒油我地,叫我地試吓將啲辣椒油加埋落去個湯飯度食,別有一番風味咖喎。起初我地聽到之後都半信半疑,點知Honey食到一半時,真係突然興起加咗啲辣椒油落去,佢食咗一啖之後話好正,所以最後我都學埋佢咁加埋一份。哈哈... )))…Read More
