話說我在安排一頓生日飯,看過這店有報導,食物看上不錯,想跟朋友去試試。在兩星期前跟店家聯絡,時間上可以話唔算早,但係起碼唔算係臨尾一刻,兼且朋友有食物敏感,菜單要作點修改和安排,需要時間是明白的。店家回覆沒問題,日子可以,我再問要先下訂嗎?店家說要,叫我交上電話,她會將資料 whatsapp 我。電話一早就給了,但一等就不知多少日。因為菜單上的更改,我還不知道價錢及菜單是否適合,但他們從沒有主動回覆。我每隔一、兩天追問一次,才每次收到「okok 」的一類拖延答案。可能店家好忙,但係都仲可以出 facebook post,又覆下其他客人。最後我收到的「yesyes, will send u by today」,這真的是最後,因為再沒有收到任何答覆。…Read More

原本沃川可算係喺尖東叫做有水準的日本餐廳,旺中帶靜,平日間中有幫襯。但係今次一役,發現這間餐廳非常唔老實!是夜叫左:1. 牛肉火窩 $2982. 燒白鱔 $583. 秋刀魚刺身 $2204. 沙錐魚天婦羅 $98食物質素其實係ok 嘅,然後發覺未飽,所以叫一個淨烏冬麵,諗住放落火窩食。店員表示有分稻庭烏冬及普通粗烏冬,我就選擇普通粗烏冬。可恨我無即時問埋佢價錢!一心見 menu 的咖哩湯烏冬 $48,冷稻庭烏冬 $68,常人一看,以為「淨」乾身烏冬最多也不過 $48 罷!上桌的粗烏冬並不是一般的日本急凍烏冬,而係切切實實、噹噹烏冬質地的即食烏冬!而埋單佢就要收 $68!我問店員,佢答淨烏冬,不論稻庭跟普通烏冬一樣收$68!但係實際上連咖哩湯,都不及「淨」乾身烏冬的貴!此其一不老實的地方!然後再計一計數,再發現即使計埋$68,都發覺總額不妥,原來店員更將每位 $10 的前菜價錢,加到每位 $20!我向店員投訴,她才說計錯,要再打單。但係我見住佢入機,發覺收銀機其實係 preset 好晒啲價錢,螢光幕係一粒粒制,而唔係手入價錢,所以...........!可能佢見我張單金額大,乘機魚目混珠!此乃另一不老實的地方!!平心而論,這間店其實食物質素ok,好好地一間食店要咁樣手法黎搵錢,真係可惜加痛心!…Read More

從前去過其他五代同糖嘅分店食,印象唔錯,所以晚飯後去尖沙咀呢間分店食甜品。店內沒有人,就只有我呢一枱。叫了一客 Belgian 窩夫伴雪糕。店內廚房以玻璃牆身分隔,所以見到廚房制作情況,一個男仔喺度打機,只有一個金髮女廚師做嘢。話說之前喺五代同糖另外分店食過 Belgian 窩夫,都要等15分鐘起碼,但係出到黎係熱辣辣,好好食嘅。今次5分鐘度就有,心知不妙,一見賣相,真係嚇親,因為見到個窩夫係扁晒嘅!而且篤落去係淋嘅!用手指輕輕掂,有點暖,唔信邪,食一啖,中間心係凍嘅,即係一早整左然後翻熱!咁點得架!所以我同店員反映,佢二話不說,話即刻整過另一份窩夫俾我。不消5分鐘,金髮女廚師就拎出另外兩塊,同樣扁晒、淋又燶嘅窩夫俾我。即係話佢地會翻用無賣出去嘅唔新鮮嘅窩夫,真係食窩夫以黎第一次遇到咁嘅情況。最慘係同啲店員講,佢地好似唔覺得係問題....…Read More

我真係食到一半就想走

我見到大家對此店有咁高評價,所以我有啲期望,一早18:30到左坐低先,未有人唔使等。點知真係極為跟眼鏡今次我寫長啲啲,我覺得此店有potential,希望見到佢地進步整體評語係:1. 燒得唔夠香燒烤其實係比較直接嘅煮食方法,最基本只要兩樣要求:一、係食材質素;二、係耐心其實此店以大眾化價錢招呼,食材方面我沒有太強求,但係每串串燒上碟都係唔夠燶,只係緊緊夠熟,所以樣樣野都冇燒烤嘅香味,啲串燒上檯,咬落去其實個心係唔夠熱食咁耐串燒,小弟總括原因有三,食材剛從雪櫃出未解夠凍、爐未夠溫度同埋師傅唔夠心機。其實實驗多啲就會做掌握得好2. 每樣都係孜然粉味,蓋過晒食材味道,完全無意思。所以食到一半真係想起身俾錢算數,唔食落去....再每樣細評:1. 安格斯牛:基本上係三、四塊薄牛肉,冇牛肉香,冇特色,其實可以取消左佢2. 牛肋骨肉:唔夠肥、無牛油香,同埋燒得唔夠熟,肉質反而會靭架3. 厚牛利:無牛油香、厚牛利連利苔同筋位上,實在咬唔開,串燒厚牛利無得慳,要用返中間位先至得4. 雞腎:我諗應該係火雞腎,好大塊,唔夠燒烤味,都係得孜然粉味5. 銀杏:唔夠燶,無銀杏味,有孜然粉味6. 大蝦:第一次唔夠熟,上身仲有點透明,再燒都係差唔多,我諗係啲蝦唔夠乾身7. 雞軟骨:合格,個邊脆8. 雞翼:太心急,個邊未脆就落蜜糖,蜜糖未變焦糖就上檯,可惜9. 全隻魷魚:未夠熟,凍10. 羊扒:冇羊味,慬合格11. 菠蘿:合格,不過個人覺得先去皮然後燒效果會比較好,因為個皮做到燶燶地,但係又唔食得12. 墨魚丸:合格,孜然粉味13. 饅頭:我覺得係全晚最好食嘅一樣野14. 燒排骨:合格15. 粟米:燒得唔錯,糖同牛油比例適中,幾好16. 17. 仲有韭菜同尖椒,不過我無食埋單兩人總共$290,好貴呀,不過唔飽,仲要之後去左隔離買野食...…Read More
