兩個人7點到,無Book,咁啱有街邊檯,照坐唔使等
想試乳豬,$300一隻,無例牌,但係要訂先至有,留返下次
落單要自己寫,寫完侍應自己又寫多張,有點多此一舉
是日叫左:
1. 臘味煲仔飯 (10/10 分)
一流!好聰明,用大瓦煲煮約少啲飯,咁樣火路就較易控制,飯亦唔會底下燶而面頭唔夠乾身,讚!蔥花下得夠多,飯焦比例啱啱好,再讚!
2. 白灼鵝腸 (6/10 分)
用上新鮮鵝腸,基本上只要唔係急凍鵝腸,大致上錯不到哪裡
白灼嘛,就係清囉,如果鵝腸味再騷一點就好
3. 炒白菜仔 (5/10 分)
合格,無特別
4. 南乳燒鱔 (8/10 分)
好食!鱔唔腥,皮有脂肪,肉質彈牙,大大舊,炸得鬆脆乾身,唔錯!本來好驚南乳會好重手,上菜先知完來另上南乳汁,用黎點,味道啱啱好,讚!
5. 豉椒炒蜆 (3/10 分)
呢味野食到'ar'晒頭,材料佢係用細花甲,即係長身啡色殼嗰種
但係就奇怪在每一隻花甲個殼都係爛嘅,即係全部都係半邊殼,一半有肉,一半無肉,啲花甲肉又唔完整嘅
我驚佢係將啲唔開嘅花甲,用刀分開而有咁嘅狀況.....(?)
