We walked in and got a table for two at 8pm on a weeknight! We ordered: -Short rib-Chuck eye roll-Angus hanging tender -Japanese Wagyu at a special price if $48! -Taiwanese vege I have been here a few times and I still think their beef is good quality, our favourite is the short ribs, it’s very tender and melts in the mouth! Others like the Angus has a strong beef taste but more chewy. As for the soup, we ordered a mixed beef soup, the soup was a bit bland, there is definitely a lot of beef guts inside but it didn’t taste very fresh. We paid $440 for two! 第二次食616, 保持到三種我同朋友最鍾意的特色:牛新鮮而濃郁、少油、湯底無味精⋯⋯以呢個價錢嚟講,正!除了一般打邊爐常見的牛前胸肋、牛舌等,我哋點了較罕見見的吊龍伴、黃喉(食落爽脆)等,亦試跟餐墊紙本身有推介的牛部位叫,例如胸口膀、匙柄,果然如推廌所說,一脆一軟夾住食,再點自製的牛肉汁+柑桔醬汁,入口清爽得嚟牛味又夠濃郁。橫隔肌同牛側胸我哋就無跟住餐廳推介的食法,而係用生菜加醬料包住食,有啲新鮮感。不過616最大賣點都係夠新鮮,啖啖肉都無咩血水又無雪味。成班女仔打邊爐,當然都係怕太肥,於是我哋叫哂唐生菜、油麥菜、娃娃菜、水蓮菜(口感似幼身的露筍)、竹笙、某絲、萵筍和豆腐。菜都唔似連鎖超級市場嗰啲大陸菜,似係比較新鮮。重點係,啲肉連菜滾咗成個鐘,煲湯都無咩油脂浮上面,睇返湯底,原來有半隻手臂大的牛骨,所以越煲越濃味,我哋最後每人都飲咗兩碗湯先走。其實,有位朋友原本想試另一間新開張的店,但因為隔咗成年無食616,於是投票決定,一行三人都選了重訪616,好彩仲保持到水準。必食菜式:胸口膀、匙柄、黃喉人均消費:約$250回頭機率:100% *當日切埋生日蛋糕,餐廳冇收我哋切餅費。Foodie#CausewayBay#HotPot#============== continue reading

今日OT完又想打個邊爐就嚟咗616火鍋專門店試吓佢哋嘅限定部位牛肉火鍋。616專門店位於灣仔及銅鑼灣交界在鵝頸橋附近。銅鑼灣好少人主打牛肉火鍋的打邊爐。呢度環境10分舒適位置亦唔會10分迫夾。我哋叫咗佢哋嘅冬瓜冬蟲草花配青花椒湯底,我哋叫咗佢哋嘅冬瓜冬蟲草花配青花招湯底,湯底辣得來唔會10分油。湯底辣得來唔會10分有呢度有唔同部位嘅牛肉可以選擇,推薦大家試吓佢哋嘅安格斯牛頸脊,入口即溶肉味香濃。另外呀黃喉亦唔係好多地方有得食,入口10分爽脆牛油味香濃。我哋之後亦叫咗佢哋嘅牛丸牛丸唔係交黎,手打牛丸10分Juicy。我哋四個朋友一齊嚟,估唔到價錢10分相宜一人都係200多元。呢個價位香港識到唔同部位嘅牛肉火鍋亦唔多。推薦大家來試吓香港限定嘅牛肉火鍋。 continue reading
