今次嚟到尖沙咀依間黑門水產食日本野,裏面嘅野食種類非常豐富,主打海鮮等料理🥢,性價比超高,人均消費大約$200左右就已經食到高質素海鮮同好飽😋。海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒原隻蟹蓋裝住蟹肉🦀,蟹籽,海膽,蛋同香蔥,視覺效果相當誘人。蟹膏鮮味突出,鹹香得嚟唔會過膩,帶海膽甘甜嘅味💦。仲會食到絲絲蟹肉,增加口感層次。配埋旁邊嘅餅乾一齊食,增添脆口感之餘中和鹹味。辣酒煮活鮑魚(2本)一上枱就聞到濃郁嘅酒香同微微辛辣!鮑魚用咗新鮮活鮑,煮得啱啱好,咬落爽彈得嚟唔會韌🦪,仲保留到海鮮嘅鮮甜味。湯底唔會太重酒味,辣度啱啱好,飲完成個身暖笠笠♨️。最正係鮑魚吸收到湯汁精華,食落完全無沙。鐵板宮崎柚子胡椒香蔥牛舌心牛舌心外層煎到微焦脆口,咬落去超彈牙又唔韌。有柚子胡椒調味🧂,清新柑橘香氣同微微辛辣好開胃,仲有大量香蔥增加層次。配菜嘅洋蔥絲吸晒肉汁同柚子香🧅,撈埋一齊食超正!黑門三文魚加州反卷三文魚色澤鮮艷,三文魚魚油香特別濃郁,入口即化嘅口感好正🍣。反卷入面有齊青瓜、蟹柳同牛油果,食材新鮮爽脆,份量多又抵食。燒七里香串(一串)七里香燒得外皮微脆,咬落去爆出雞油香,帶微微炭香,外脆內嫩唔乾柴,最正係中間保持juicy💧。蒜香燒黑豚腩串(一串)黑豚腩肉肥瘦相間,燒到外層微焦脆口,咬落去啲豬油香即刻爆出嚟💥,但完全唔會膩。肉質中間保持到嫩滑,每舊肉都連住層薄薄脂肪,入口即溶。燒明太子山藥山藥燒完仍然保持到爽脆口感,但又唔乾身。明太子醬辣辣地又帶啲鮮味🤤,同山藥好夾。 continue reading

今次同朋友試左尖沙咀嘅黑門水產,人均$2xx已經食到三文魚、海膽、蝦、蟹、三文魚籽嘅唔同料理😋三文魚腩刺身超級厚切,脂肪紋理靚到發光,入口即溶,魚油香係口腔停留成分鐘海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹蓋裝住濃郁蟹膏混海膽,撈勻烤到香噴噴,大大啖嘅海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒配埋餅乾一流黑門鮭魚熔岩活火山成座山咁高嘅三文魚片鋪滿成個碗,加上超惹味醬汁,面頭仲有超多蟹籽好似火山噴發咁瀉落嚟!挖開裏面仲藏住壽司小卷,口感超豐富,三文魚控必點! 黑門三文魚加州反卷加州反卷包住滿滿三文魚同蟹籽,同「黑門鮭魚熔岩活火山」雖然都係有三文魚同蟹籽嘅組合,但竟然整出唔同嘅感覺海洋之心呢個真係奢華到震!頂層有魚子醬同海膽黃金組合,仲有生蠔、蝦、海葡萄,最誇張係啲三文魚籽大粒到好似珍珠咁,加埋隻蛋黃,撈埋底層壽司飯一啖入口,鮮味大爆發! 總結:特別欣賞連伴碟嘅配菜都用左海葡萄😋整體用餐視覺同味覺雙重享受,無論環境定食材都好似喺日本食緊,超高CP值! continue reading
