好多熟客都為甲羅燒而嚟!相比坊間甲羅燒,呢度蟹膏味特別香濃鮮甜、口感更Creamy,唔使花巧食材襯托,單以梳打餅拌甲羅燒已經一絕,可見師傅對自家出品信心。甲羅燒共3款口味—赤鬼明太子蟹味噌、黑門令蟹味噌、海膽蟹味噌。每款甲羅燒都以蟹膏、蟹籽、蟹肉同鵪鶉蛋為主調,赤鬼就加入微辛明太子,食落更刺激過癮;黑門令蟹則著重原始蟹味;海膽蟹味就啱重口味人士,鹹鮮味濃郁。

今日同老公去了尖沙咀行街,行經看到這間日式餐廳門外放了相片跟不同明星合照,看到這間餐廳相當不錯,而且有多名人幫襯,所以我跟老公去試試。餐廳環境美麗,座位寬敞。看餐牌後我們點了幾款食物。首先,蔥吞拿魚腩卷,賣相不錯,吞拿魚腩蓉鮮甜,卷物一口食一件,口感味道非常不錯。十分好味用來作前菜相當吸引。我們還點了一款鍋物,柚子胡椒豬骨湯豚肉鍋,賣相很吸引,鍋內放滿了滿滿的食材,有大量鮮甜的蔬菜、菇類、粗粉絲。還有一碟薄切豚肉,兩件豆腐。豚肉一片一片放進鍋內,滾一滾很快便熟透,豬肉味很濃,啖啖肉,而且吸入濃濃的柚子胡椒湯,所以吃起來不用調味也非常好吃。我跟老公都十分喜歡這個鍋物,除此之外,蔬菜等等吸入了湯汁份外鮮甜,而且蔬菜份量也相當多十分飽肚。正呀。最後當然少不了吃了餐廳的甲羅燒,十分之吸引及香氣四溢。店員在未燒之前給我看了甲羅燒的樣子,殼內放了滿滿的蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽十分吸引。過了一會兒,店員把燒好的甲羅燒遞上。散發出濃濃的蟹香,好吸引。把蟹膏放在餅乾上,連同餅乾一起吃,蟹肉味香濃,混合了餅乾脆脆口感,味道極佳。簡直是一試便愛上。這個燒物是我最喜愛的二人分享恰到好處。簡簡單單吃一餐美味日式菜式,每人大約$200相當不錯又抵食。 continue reading

今日食好啲,去左黑門水產。點左:極上赤子壽司極上黑門活貝盛合酒釀生螢烏賊豚骨湯牛肉稻庭烏冬極上赤子壽司當中蝦壽司比較impressed..開頭以為係醬油漬,原來係好重既清酒味,食落即刻醒神哂。吞拿魚壽司 中拖羅都係新鮮。黑門活貝盛合,包括:帆立貝麵豉湯底煮,但帆立貝談唔上有鮮味花甲用牛油清酒煮,唔係太識欣賞海蝦新鮮食材,最簡單用鹽燒就已經好味鮑魚個人認為燒耐左少少,比較乾身燒蠔燒物中最好味,蠔肥美,又食得出鮮咪,即使用麵豉湯底燒煮都食得到好新鮮 continue reading

之前bookmark左好耐,因為見餐廳限時90分鐘,所以一直都無試,今晚終於有機會食到雖然我去嗰日係平日,但係餐廳生意唔錯,過咗九點,都有唔少客人光顧,證明呢間餐廳都幾受歡迎😝呢間餐廳裝修走日本風,感覺好似去左日本,好彩呢度係香港,餐廳唔會有煙味👍浜燒海鮮,值得推介,我揀咗普通款既甲羅燒,燒蠔,扇貝,最好食係燒蠔,佢燒出嚟啱啱熟,仲有就係,燒完之後隻蠔尺寸冇咩點變,仲係勁大隻,而且火候控制得好好,味道好難忘😍甲羅燒非常新鮮,食落無腥味😋扇貝都好出色,不過相對地就比較普通另外都叫咗刺身拼盤,粒貝,螺,不過相對地就無磯燒海鮮咁出色其他小食都好出色,芝士炸雞,有少少辣辣地,幾惹味👍鐵板牛舌,上枱熱辣辣,最啱送啤酒🥳食過幾間燒海鮮,呢間俾我印象最難忘,燒蠔真係好好食😋好驚下一次食唔返🤣絕對又係下一次💪 continue reading
