雄興泰最出名就是瑤柱雞翼撈粗麵和辣雞湯米粉，在早餐及中午飯市經常滿坐．．瑤柱豉油雞翼撈粗麵：選用細小的瑤柱，烹調冶味而且很軟，容易食得起勁來；豉油雞翼一般偏甜，撈麵的醬油很香與冶味的小瑤柱的味感差不會太大．瑤柱的份量雖少，但它很有主角的強烈感，不過有時候小瑤柱的調味過咸，可以保持平均水平就更好了． continue reading
