早陣子，幸得唐閣的邀請出席了試食活動品嚐一頓既豐富又美味的晚宴後，公關更熱情地送上了一瓶XO醬作禮，在此謝過當晚亦試過吃店方著名的自製XO醬單吃味道惹味，用料豐富，帶微辣，的確是惹味醒胃的前菜是晚帶了這瓶XO醬上架架仔屋企一向廚藝了得的伯母用XO醬炒菜，簡簡單單已經很美味只下了一小匙已經令整碟清淡的的炒菜惹味非常嫩滑的炒菜夾雜著XO醬和內裡的元貝等，非常搶味為整頓飯生色不少一瓶有質素的XO醬確是家庭主婦的好幫手!
