散叫了一碟煎鱈魚,味道平平,但倒是煎功出色,薄薄一層便能鎖住肉汁。其他食物正常,沒有太令人驚訝。

第二天吃午市點心,約了十二點,準時到達,可惜reception 沒有侍應,等了差不多5分鐘才有人帶位,去到房間,已有不少客人,這次放了一張小朋友座椅,但還是沒有餐具,叫了菊花茶,侍應遺留了,比我們晚到的客人都已經有茶,我們要叫侍應才有已經差不多二十分鐘了,一位侍應照顧四張枱的客人,一份餐牌要四張枱share 用,這是應有的服務嗎?

我們要到一小時才有東西吃,也沒有像其他餐廳有餐前小食,點心質素也是一般,最出色是鮑魚酥,
撻皮非常香口,口感一流,其他比較好的是家鄉煎腸粉和杏仁芝竹,但腸粉要加調味否則比較淡。最不值一提的是燒賣,肉的比例很多,沒有蝦的味道而且很乾,感覺唐記的蒸燒賣還好吃過他

對比起其他一星米芝蓮食府,這樣的服務態度和食物質素,真是不敢恭維。或許食物口味每個人會有不同,但服務質素應該是一視同仁,不是熟客就做好一點,如果一天做得好,一天做得不好,也是愧對於米芝連三星,沒有卓越的烹調,不值得專程到訪。

去左食唐閣, 米之蓮三星餐廳兩個人叫左兩個一人客餐. 以三星餐廳來說 不是很貴前菜蜜汁鱈魚同蜜汁叉燒都好好味, 甜甜地, 而鱈魚又好滑濃雞湯海味官燕盞, 味道淡左少少,不太出色溏心鮑魚遼參, 一啲都唔溏心, 味道都唔夠入味, 汁亦很稀, 比較失望!上湯焗開邊龍蝦, 龍蝦都食係新鮮, 唔錯和牛粒抄飯, 都幾惹味, 幾好食總括而週, 唐閣有些菜色是出色, 有些只是一般, 而且感覺環境有些老舊了, 如有同一Budget, 未必之後會再來了。

做飲食的朋友與唐閣的經理相熟,於是自帶靚海鮮和魚來加工。結果當然是又美味又便宜了!頭盤:每人一份的叉燒、海哲、凍鮑魚、燒脆魚。唐閣的蜜汁叉燒真的無得頂,美味非常!凍鮑魚和燒脆魚也很開胃。龍蝦:一人一隻,大約十兩重,大大啖肉,以高湯灼熟,竟然出乎預料的清甜爽囗。不竟是朋友自帶的新鮮海鮮,一分錢 一分貨!魚:忘了是什麼魚,但味道真的很讚。很久沒有吃到蒸得剛好,那麼嫩滑中式魚了。整頓晚餐也很滿足,果然是米芝蓮三星食府。美中不足的是餐後的糖水,桃膠燉木瓜,感覺很不足料,有點失望。

唐閣的叉燒是我個人最喜歡的,肥瘦肉合比例,肉質嫩香,很滿足

灌湯餃真材實料, 超滿足


最後甜品是蛋白杏仁茶,這次有點失水準,
甜了很多,而且杏仁茶也缺少了一點米香,味道打了折扣, 希望下次不用太甜!

特別一提,這裡的龍井茶不錯的 !

唐閣也有點心午餐, 而且更是在週末的, 是我太久沒有去過唐閣, 還是現在連唐閣這三星食肆也要放下身段? 她點心的質素不算是我吃過最好的, 只能說是中上貨式, 比較突出是內裡充滿了帶子的燒賣. 她最強的依然是其傳統粵式燒味, 特別是其以梅頭叉燒, 取位偏瘦, 沒有多餘脂肪但其肉質比腩肉更腍, 焦香和甜香平衡度高, 我應該點A La Carte才能品嚐更多. 焗蟹蓋也是其成名之作, 可惜是這次沒有黃金蟹狀小盤作容器, 內裡蟹肉依然豐富, 配上洋蔥和沙律醬就是其特色. 和牛炒飯的出色除了是因為飯粒層次分明, 以及醬油味濃香但沒蓋過和牛的味道外, 加上果仁快炒不但令次口層更多元化, 也吸收了醬油的濕度, 令炒飯更為乾身.

總括而言,環境都舒適既,都幾好坐。擺盤唔算好好睇,可能係tasting menu無咁靚?海鮮新鮮既,都好味,但個menu好似爭咗個菜part咁,亦未到好impressive既感覺,主要食靚料,可能 a la carte叫仲啱我哋啲。

早早食完,就快快離開尖沙咀了~

香港朗廷酒店的米芝蓮三星粵菜食府,現為全球五所榮獲米芝蓮三星殊榮的中菜廳之一。唐閣格調典雅,大廚以無出其右的手藝,烹調出各種粵式美味。 來頭禁勁,當然要訂位試試,是晚為中秋晚飯,門面不算很華麗,有中國古典既氣息,入面既餐枱距離都Ok,唔會太迫。待應服務很好,但相比起其他三星粵菜,好似像少了一點氣派。食物大都在水準之上,但未至於驚艷,片皮鴨師傅刀功不錯,還去掉多餘的肥膏,麵皮食完即上另一籠,值得一讚。冬瓜盅係水準之作!湯清味鮮。這作為香港的三是中菜,如果環境可以再氣派一點,服務再貼心點,更能令人享受到食物的美味。
