the 白糖糕is way toooooo sour. i could not even finished it and threw it away. i think the dough was proved tooooo long and it therefore tasted sooo sour. i watched the vedio/news on internet that the boss taught people how to make good白糖糕。 he mentioned that good one wouldn't be sour. i am so disappointed about their products.
