聽說過這間糕品店很多人吃,現場亦不少人購買。個人認為這店設價太貴,平均$9一舊。.白糖糕($9)分數: (7/10)不會太甜,但帶點微酸。整得好的白糖糕,應該不帶酸味。吃得出少少層次但偏黏。.紅豆茶果($9)分數: (7.5/10)包著葉,中間要塗一層油,令葉不會黏著糕點皮。個人比較喜歡糯米弄的食物,皮算厚,紅豆餡甜度適中,不錯。.砵仔糕($9)分數: (7/10)平平無奇,紅豆量適中,甜度適中,口感可以。 continue reading

話說今日同男朋友諗住嚟深水埗搵食一日遊,嚟到最後一站就係呢間糕品店!上網睇食評都食好壞各佔一半,最終都係諗住比次機會,自己親口試過先知😤見到一舊糕要原來要成$10已經覺得好貴,但山長水遠過到嚟,唔通唔買咩?!又見老字號,屹立不倒,應該係真係好好食先夠膽死買呢一個價錢!最終買咗2件砵仔糕同埋1件芝麻糕試試!返到屋企一食!喔..車~~咁咋嘛,只能說不過不失囉,同平時街邊$10有3個果啲味道無分別😖覺得呢間野好搵笨,只能說佢呃得人一次,絕對唔會有下次🤷🏻‍♀️ continue reading

今日行過深水埗,聽朋友說這是米芝蓮推介的中式糕餅店,於是便看看有什麼好吃。店家有售白糖糕,鬆糕,芝麻糕,茶果,小蛋糕等等的食品。我本來只想吃古法米鬆糕的(黃色那款),但他們說售罄了,所以我便選擇了白糖糕。從照片可見白糖糕是層次分明的,一層層很有口感,這個是值得稱讚的。白糖糕尚算清甜,但還是有點帶酸,這個稍微扣了分。總的來說,我覺得他的白糖糕是ok, 也可一試的。下次來我會試試他們的鬆糕。店家也有推介中式蛋糕,大家也不妨考慮。 continue reading

有人山長水遠拎糕我食,梗係先食為敬亦因為係人地請,幾錢就唔清楚啦,只知坤記好似好岀名hehe本身見舊糕係膠袋好似平平無奇,不過一打開,有撲鼻嘅芝麻香,即刻覺得好神奇唔知係米小時習慣問題,其實我較鍾意食雪凍左嘅芝麻糕,不過唔緊要啦~芝麻糕比我食過嘅濕潤,structure亦相對較鬆散,咬落亦尚有少許芝麻嘅顆粒感,唔知係米真係將芝麻磨碎黎做架呢另一個好處係不太甜,係幾附合而家大部分人追求嘅健康甜品😛其實而家成日食甜品都係西式嘅蛋糕、pancake,或者係日式刨冰,間唔中都應該回歸傳統,食下焗西米布甸、芝麻糕里啲,支持下中式懷舊野😀 continue reading
