To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚與兩位好友相聚lab eat食好西一直十分期待,晚間時分人流不少,餐廳裝修好靚,好有情調。餐廳內部以sofa位為主,給人舒服的感覺。另外,餐廳設有露天部分,令人感到置身外國地方。與好友一人點了一杯香檳,一邊享用香檳一邊聊聊天,真是人生一大快事香檳好清香,好易入口,不錯先來吃吃頭盤,美國珍珠蠔,超級大隻及肥美,啖啖肉好鮮味,而且海水味好濃,好滋味。呢款生蠔沒鐵銹味的,所以我十分喜歡呢種淡淡海水感覺,一邊吃著肥美多肉既蠔身,一邊又嚐到清清的海水,正另一款前菜是溫泉蛋拌帶子,這個菜式賣相十分好,多粒又肥美肉厚帶子拌著大大顆放到中間的溫泉蛋。每顆帶子上仲放了魚籽或海膽,十分吸引。先把溫泉蛋跟所有食材拌勻。再慢慢進食,十分十分鮮味。大大粒的帶子沾上了甜甜蛋汁後,口感較杰身,好creamy。海鮮湯—以多種海鮮每天不停烹調,店員跟我們說,這個海鮮湯是餐廳的鎮店之寶之一。吃過後,本人都十分認同,因為湯底海鮮味極濃,可能因經過多天不停加入新的海鮮再不停烹調的關係,而且材料都不少,有班塊、青口、帶子、大蝦這個湯真的十分鮮甜,好值得一試這個震撼的畫面都是我第一次於餐廳見,店員拎著一舊好大已烤過的芝士出來

這個震撼的畫面都是我第一次於餐廳見,店員拎著一舊好大已烤過的芝士出來,用刀切下,把芝士慢慢鋪到沙拉菜上,這個畫面好震撼,而且芝味無窮
熱辣辣又香脆的芝士,配上了火腿肉、菜、秋葵、薯仔等食材來吃,又香又脆的芝士,又爽又脆的蔬菜,配搭一流。而且芝士不但香濃而且不會覺得油膩,仲有一種令人覺得不停想添食的感覺。
