To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我和我的他今日都放假,大好嘅休息日,與其在家懶洋洋的,不如出去食個豐富下午茶,再逛逛吧😁揀咗去旺角行吓,經常經過T.O.P.,入面都好多食肆,是次揀選咗呢家餐廳🤩5點左右到達,餐廳其實都有好多款下午茶餐,但今日想富貴一下,所以揀選咗每位$358嘅NIBBLES & CHILL💰首先出場嘅係法國生蠔🦪有海水嘅鮮味,質感係爽滑類,好鮮甜😋海膽多士。呢款好出色!因為海膽微冷,味道好香濃,而蒜香多士好夠熱,但完全唔燶,多士脆得嚟仲有少少煙韌😱咁樣嘅配搭真係無敵🤤煙燻法國鵪鶉肶。每人有2隻,我的他話隻肶算好大隻!係大鵪鶉嚟🤣煙燻好香口,鹹香味濃,肉質好嫩滑👏👏黑松露焗法國田螺。田螺係我最愛嘅菜式之一,又係熱辣辣的,松露味好濃郁,田螺隻隻都肥大肉厚,香噴噴嘅薯蓉墊底,加上香脆紫薯片配襯,深深感受到貴氣嘅感覺🥰48個月西班牙黑毛豬火腿。本來我不太喜歡食Parma Ham,主要係太大陣味,但呢度嘅黑毛豬火腿唔會有太強勁嘅味道,亦食到甘香火腿味,加上哈密瓜好甜好多汁,咁樣配襯又真係唔錯喎👍皇帝蟹肉蕃茄濃湯。呢個湯真係好味到一個點!除了好夠熱外,湯底我唔識分蝦定蟹味,非常之濃!肯定有好多膏同熬製多時,所以先可以咁鮮咁濃😻仲有大大件新鮮蟹肉,超級好感😍精選芝士。最愛嘅芝士到啦,因為右邊嗰款帶酸味,所我比較喜歡左邊嗰款,因為濃得嚟又唔會好羶,大愛☺️到甜品時間了,呢個set有3款甜品,好開心啊🥳自家製意大利雪葩。呢款係柚子味,食完之前咁多款鹹點,柚子味俾我哋清清口腔,即時有好清新嘅感覺😋😋😋自家製意大利雪糕。食完清新雪葩,再嚟一個濃味少少嘅雲呢拿味,又香又滑,正啊😚自家製意大利芝士餅。呢個又係超水準之作,食得出係新鮮整!咖啡蛋糕不會太濕,甜度又適中🤤完美作結👍👍就咁我倆就過咗個好滿足嘅黃昏🥰🥰🥰 continue reading

其實發現咗呢間餐廳已經好一段時間,成日心思思想約埋好姊妹嚟食飯,不過可惜疫情問題一直都約唔到,等咗咁耐真係唔想再等,唯有同老公黎食住先啦!!餐廳喺旺角T.O.P商場5樓,比想像之中大,裝修用上木色俾人感覺好舒適,設有唔少半圓形梳化位,無論情侶或者朋友另一樣都可以自成一角,傾偈都特別暢快!食生蠔都真係要揀地方,呢度嘅生蠔新鮮肥美,上枱除咗茄汁之外仲有微辣嘅蒜汁俾客人選擇! 今次柯打呢款法國生蠔係Staff介紹,海水味較重,而海水味過後就係蠔肉嘅鮮甜味,蠔肉肥嘟嘟跣入口又夠大隻,嚟到真係要試下!跟住要推介既係和牛西冷,和牛扒上枱分量十足,烤得香脆嘅表面帶著網紋,用芥末在黑色板面簡單裝飾,強烈嘅顏色對比令人增加食慾!稍放一陣就將佢切開,生熟度完全符合期望!每一口咬落去除咗豐富嘅肉汁之外仲有半溶而分佈均勻嘅脂肪,油脂豐腴,兩個人share都夠晒豐富,加上超厚身薯角,薯仔味夠晒重,真係夠晒大滿足!想黎呢度就係睇中佢嘅打卡飲品,當然要叫啦,一杯Mocktail一杯Cocktail,兩杯都咁夢幻咁吸引!!侍應生一邊介紹做法一邊將食用泡泡打上飲品,但望住兩杯咁靚嘅飲品我已經咩都聽唔入耳,掛住不停影相🤭🤭我杯Mocktail除咗粉紅色夠晒少女心之外,仲有幽香嘅玫瑰味,同埋有陣荔枝嘅清甜味,女仔必定愛上!呢度食物有質素,希望快d約齊姊妹們再黎食過!! continue reading

LAB EAT係我同朋友都收藏咗好耐一直都未去嘅餐廳今次約食飯終於約到餐廳地方都幾大,枱與枱之間都有一定嘅距離,冇咁侷促同冇壓迫感餐廳仲有戶外嘅座位,喺度飲杯嘢傾吓計都幾CHILL打卡都幾靚㗎首先就會上左麵包先,配以黑醋同埋橄欖油一齊食麵包外面有少少脆,裏面就係比較軟身我地仲叫左個洋蔥湯,個味道好濃而湯入面既洋蔥煮到好腍好入味,仲可以配埋個麵包一齊食黑松露焗法國田螺擺盤好靚好似一朵花咁,田螺上面鋪滿好香嘅黑松露醬配埋田螺一齊食味道都好夾,食完一口田螺再食塊伴碟既紫薯脆片甜甜地中和返濃濃既味道再食一隻,咁先品嘗到最好既味道美國極佳級紅毛和牛西冷 400G店員話最好就係食 5成熟,肉朳好厚身,好有份量個牛朳肉味好濃,肉質都好腍最後就唔叫埋個甜品,我哋叫咗個芝士蛋糕我幾鍾意呢個芝士蛋糕,因為佢比我平時食嘅唔同,平時食嘅可能都係普通嘅忌廉芝士但係呢個芝士蛋糕嘅特別之處就係佢上面加咗鹹嘅芝士粒令到成個蛋糕整體嘅芝士味更加香,所以我好欣賞呢個芝士蛋糕 continue reading

今日同朋友食生日飯 因為見到呢間餐廳無論氣氛定係食物都好吸引 所以訂左位係T.O.P呢間分店食Dinner~ 餐廳環境都幾寬敞有室內亦都有室外🤣我同朋友分別叫咗一杯Cocktail一杯mocktail ,嘢飲好適合打卡,因為店員會係上面整一個夢幻嘅泡泡,泡泡慢慢會變透明,最後我地都係選擇刺穿佢,然後會有d 霧飄出嚟😝 我叫嘅係Ginger pineapple,味道清新,甜甜地,菠蘿味較重~ Tatihou $62 each 今日推介嘅生蠔🦪 味道鮮甜而且爽爽哋 大細適中一啖可以食晒!食完之後飲一啖mocktail enjoy❤️ 麵包🥯 微熱 好香脆 我鍾意配上黑醋汁令人好開胃!牛油果龍蝦他他 $338 呢碟菜係我全晚最推介嘅一個!我本身好鍾意食牛油果同埋龍蝦 但估唔到兩個夾埋一齊可以咁夾 而且佢嘅龍蝦唔係一絲絲 而係一大啖一大啖肉都幾多 側邊用上熱情果汁所以撈埋食有熱情果嘅酸又有龍蝦嘅鮮味同時亦有牛油果嘅香味! Perfect match🥰🥰 Iberico Pock rack 黑毛豬鞍 $388 有兩大舊黑毛豬 肉質厚實 味道Juicy 感覺係用咗慢煮方式 所以肉汁可以好緊實咁樣鎖喺入邊 而外皮就應該係用燒烤架輕微煎一煎 所以外層微脆 而且黑毛豬半肥瘦 除咗肉旁邊仲有一層肥膏 雖然有少少油膩嘅感覺 但更加香😝 Lemon Gelato and Apple Gelatin $138 檸檬雪糕比較酸甜 味道好似食緊一隻檸檬夾心餅 而蘋果批就比較甜 呢度甜品一酸一甜 形成對比 好特別🤣 整體來講 呢間餐廳氣氛浪漫寧靜 食物味道新鮮真材實料 服務態度好 不過價錢就中上 但間唔中嚟一次都係值得嘅! 😋🥰 continue reading
