To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試了牛肋肉蘿蔔湯底, 正到！個牛肋肉超級炆得好淋勁正牛味, 直情可以媲美最好食的港式或廣東省式清湯腩! 不過我食打邊爐有自己一套, 明知道牛肋肉已經先煮過一次？再開個火頭最多只可以調教至最低 P1 to P2 火喉, below Simmering, 當佢係慢煮定係 reheat 又好先至係最好食法窗框！
