好友為我慶祝生日。由於大家放工時間唔同,打邊爐最好,邊食邊等!前菜:一坐底已經放底一碟皮蛋($9 per head),兩碟青瓜(18@)。後來係menu度先發現,如果唔要所有前菜,坐底前要講⋯ Eee⋯ 未坐底我又睇唔到依句野,點會知道呢?有啲矛盾喎!計埋醬芥($25@),茗茶($12@),未order已經要比$52位!!湯底:因有朋友食素,唔食辣,嗜辣,一行6人叫左三併鍋,滿足唔同人既需要。分別叫左田園蔬菜龍蝦湯,川椒火辣花螺湯同日式麵豉豆腐魔芋湯。食辣既朋友表示,湯底唔算好辣,但麻,有3-4隻螺食素朋友表示,麵豉湯很清甜,有日式魚片,豆腐,芋絲等等花師奶表示,龍蝦湯唔太濃郁,有半邊龍蝦仔,蕃茄,黃芽白等等,比期望中淡同普通火鍋料:整體都新鮮,但份量少。較深印象有蝦膠釀油炸鬼,唔多餐廳有,蝦膠彈牙。牛頸脊,厚切大塊,重牛味!手打墨魚丸,爽口彈心,有小墨魚粒。其餘火鍋料無咩特別。服務:店員有禮貌但善忘,試過兩至三次要求換碟/加湯,應左我地之後,去左幫其他食客,然後好似無左件事,隔多一陣我地要再問店員才幫我地環境:唯一挑剔係女廁所好細好細⋯我地6人埋單要成$3000,無叫海鮮,無咩特別野,我無諗過咁貴⋯ 仲要朋友請我的,勁唔好意思食物質素係唔錯,但對於花師奶黎講太貴喇,我亦相信會搵到差不多質素但比依間平既打邊爐店鋪,所以我未必會再黎。🙅🏽睇清楚張落單紙,原來依間餐廳係2017米豬蓮推介食府,會唔會因為咁而不斷加價? continue reading

我們一家一向偏好廣東小菜,最近發現美味廚有折扣優惠,又有不少小菜可供選擇,便決定前來一試。到步後,環境比想像中大,也很整潔,人不多,很寬敞。桌面上只放了火鍋菜牌,果然這裏是火鍋料理為主呢!前菜令人驚喜,竟然是子薑皮蛋,皮蛋是糖心皮蛋,每人有半隻,雖然有收費,但以這皮蛋的質素我認為很值得。在上前菜的同時問他們要了小菜的菜牌,菜式的款式很多,真的有點選擇困難,不過早前已在他們的網站上研究過他們的完整餐牌,早已有心水,很快便點好菜等吃了~我最想試的便是這道梳芙里梅菜扣肉。餐廳內有幾款應用這種"梳芙里"做法的菜色,看來是招牌小菜,應用於我向來喜歡的梅菜扣肉身上,當然要點來一試! 梳芙里其實就是打發的蛋白,有加鹽調味,口感很輕盈,就像在吃泡沫一樣。扣肉的味道不錯,但可以再甜一些,也可以更多加點梅菜。肉的肉質不會太肥,剛剛好。梅菜扣肉是一道"送飯菜",梳芙里令飯和肉的口感更滑順,蛋白也可直接與梅菜同吃,比平時有更多變化,底部的小白菜吸飽了湯汁,也很好吃,整體來說好玩又好吃,很不錯呢!原個南瓜葡汁焗四蔬個頭挺大,裡面有椰菜花、西蘭花,好像還有一些草菇。菜的軟硬適中,味道也及格,不算濃,不過底部的蔬菜沾不上醬汁會有點淡,南瓜也不算太甜。上桌時非常燙,新鮮烤起來的味道很香,還不錯吧~現在很少地方會做陳皮蒸牛肉餅,應該是因為難度比豬肉餅更高,火候要拿捏得當,很容易變柴變老,很考功夫。他們的牛肉餅做得不錯,加了很多馬蹄,牛肉的口感也不老,不過略嫌陳皮香味不足,有點可惜。南瓜芒果肉碎蒸蛋白感覺很適合夏天,配搭也很特別,便點來試一試。這道菜分為三層,底層是南瓜泥,中間是蒸蛋白,上面就是大家所見的肉碎芡汁及芒果粒。這道菜不適合空口吃,口感太削,感覺有點像一盆醬汁,但因為很滑,配飯的感覺還是不錯的,但這配搭雖然特別,卻不突出,可能單純一點會更好吃。豉油雞應該沒有人不喜歡吧? 不過他們的豉油味道太淡了! 雞雖然肉質不錯,卻入不了味,非常淡! 反而底部的粉皮味道很好,因為豉油不會咸,令他吸飽了豉油還是甜咸適中,不過其實這有點本末倒置了,我寧可雞的味道夠呢! 加上醬汁早被粉皮吸光,連想多沾點豉油配雞也有點難,感覺這道菜的設計不夠周詳呢。我心目中的生炒骨是要又香又脆的,他們的算是很一般吧! 外皮不至於軟爛,不過一點也不能說脆。醬汁的部份有點太嗆太酸,甜味有點不足。整得說的是配料很多,令這道菜感覺上比較豐盛,不過整體來說是很普通的一道菜。這裡的小菜算是不過不失,不過挺有新意,還是可以一試吧! 其實整體算是不錯,可是價錢上還是貴了點,不算划算。可能他們還是火鍋比較優秀,看他們的湯底也很吸引,下次還是來試他們的招牌火鍋好了! continue reading

朋友自遠方來,路過香港往中國打哥爾夫球, 打完波咁肚餓,搵地方醫肚,即預約了下場去美味廚打邊爐,房間整潔,服務員的態度真是經驗老到,我們頭頂冷氣機有滴水,他發現到 即刻處理 ,專業一流 ,食物水準新鮮惹味! 這裏私隱度亦十分高,除了食物質素一流外,其他條件亦非常出色 ,難怪很多明星與名人都當佢飯堂。 continue reading

All the other reviews are about hot pot but they serve cooked food too. Everything we ordered was delicious and not too expensive. The 'soufflé' dishes are worth a try. The tables here are big and plenty, suitable for large group dining. Nice service too and English menu is available. continue reading

Went there last night with friends from Thailand wanted to eat local hotpot! The local beef was night but portion a little small for the price! They also have some creative dumping like truffle and Kim Chee wonton, personally I like the Kimchee one! We order 1/2 satay and 1/2 胡椒豬肚 soup base !胡椒豬肚 soup base was good but the satay is quite tasteless! 蝦餃炸兩 is very good! continue reading
