吃素的話記得同餐廳講要普通生抽豉油,然後可以自己加喜歡的醬料,除了XO醬和桂南辣椒醬之外,其他都係素食可用,唔清楚的話可以問返店員。

要留意的是素丸子比較難定型,所以上桌的時候係新鮮從冰格取出,建議盡快放落湯煮,店員話未解凍要煮5分鐘。我地煮的時候都用個籃兜住,不過煮左咁多粒都無散,唔好擺大耐先食就OK。

出街食素打邊爐,有個無肉的湯底已經唔錯,呢間竟然有埋素丸素餃,的確好值得一試架!

蔬菜拼盤色彩繽紛,真係見到都心情興奮,鮮冬菇大大隻,仲竟然有黑松茸菇咁高級,我都係第一次食。另外仲有南瓜片、蓮藕、白玉蘿蔔、紅心白蘿蔔、金菇、大蔥和車厘茄等等。就咁睇雖然唔多覺,但其實下層收埋左勁多綠色蔬菜,食極都食唔完咁樣。

黃豆真是神奇的食物啊,一人竟然可以分飾咁多個角色,成碟都係用佢做出來喎!這入面有日本絹豆腐、蜂巢冰豆腐、山水豆腐、素雞、千層腐皮、豆卜和響鈴等等,其實我都唔太認得佢地,唔肯定有無認錯,都話食素真係好多野食架啦!

這個是韓國品牌的素牛肉片,跟真牛肉片一樣,我覺得不宜煮太耐,煮太耐好似會太軟爛。

除了這個素食火鍋套餐之外,單點菜單都有提供素食湯底和好多素食火鍋料,圖中的丸子餃子串串當然也可以散叫,一兩個人來吃也可以啊。新年情人節元宵節想約朋友打邊爐,可以試下米芝蓮推介,美味廚農曆新年都照常營業架。

佢午市係所有小菜都會跟湯 白飯同埋甜品 都幾豐富 個湯係真係飲得出係老火湯 冇乜味精超級真材實料 而且佢入邊舊肉雖然細細舊但係都唔幾好味😋佢個魚香茄子煲 我就覺得調味係香既 茄子個質感都做得幾好 不過個調味就好似稍為單調左少少🍆之後我哋嗰日個糖水係紅豆沙 做得超級出色 就算我食到超飽 我都食咗大半碗🤣佢係煲得好淋 而且超多紅豆 超綿🤤🤤

Nice place to have hot pot. Good service and above average hot pot items.

The winter melon soup base was simple and delicious - good for veggies and seafood. The Sichuan spicy soup base was average but still pretty good.

Highly recommend the following items:
1) pork ball w preserved vegetables / salted eggs - probably the best amongst the few places that offer this item. Could taste the preserved vegetables / salted yolks but but not too overpowering. The meatballs were loosely packed together, so once cooked there were not too dense/hard.
2) freshly made beef ball - authentic Chiu Zhou style with intense beef flavor
3) 手切牛邊位 - this cut has intense beef flavor and quite tender. Balanced distribution of fat. Slightly thick cut so it offers good body to the chew ....

The eel and liver were swimming fresh. So were the vegetables. The chive dumplings were average.

We also had the unlimited free flow of bubblies for $168. Not the best but good enough for hot pot.

Tips: try to request half portions (5) of the meatballs if your party is 3-4, so that you can try a variety. That’s what we did.
