To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由入門口拉開木門開始,到店內的裝潢擺設,甚至上菜的餐具都係走懷舊風,每個角落都好啱打卡lunch menu都算幾多選擇,睇完一輪都係最想食滷肉飯,最後揀左脆皮雞腿飯 (辣),落左單上菜都幾快,雞腿肉質幾嫩滑, 但個皮就唔算脆 (我估應該一早炸定)味道都ok , 個辣原來係指個pat 辣醬 (有少少失望lol )滷肉飯個味都幾香係灣仔呢個價錢黎講,份量同質素算幾抵,反而另加ge特飲味道一般, 寧願食完行多幾步去買杯天x飲仲開心
