To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Coming back with a friend tonight, was suppose to be doing BBQ but I was sick so I guess it works better to get some soup instead! I had the conch meat soup with dried scallop and it was so nice, very hot since it was double boiled, and it was super sweet Veges comes next , stir fry veges cos we had too much of meat, the veges was good but I think it is a little too watery Sweet and sour pork is ordered by my friend , crispy skin with a little fat in the pork pieces, and the sweet and sour sauce

Sweet and sour pork is ordered by my friend , crispy skin with a little fat in the pork pieces, and the sweet and sour sauce are at the optimum texture, love it!

Stir fry sticky rice was with assorted preserved meat was so awesome ! Chopped preserved sausage , preserved liver sausage topped with spring onions , we both had a few bowls of it and it was really satisfying ! I could taste some taro pieces and mushroom pieces in there too

I wouldn't say this place is cheap, but for soup that make you feel like home and perfect for winter , with some neat dishes , that's the place to be
