The Four Seasons brand hold a very high reputation in the hotel industry, and they do keep up their name for a very good reason. The consistency that they provide for all the details.

Let's talk about the drinks, I had an apple/Peach flavour ice tea. I am not sure because of the heat outside, or because of the drink itself, but damn this is the best ice tea I ever had in my whole life. Too bad they don't have the recipe!!!

The food, is way above average, we all know the cucumber, smoke salmon sandwich are pre-made, however they keep the texture so well, it just taste like made in order. Did I mention the Mango pudding in the mini cup, don't let that one go, I think that one is a MUST have dessert on the dessert plater.

Six of us we only had two tea set, plus the others drinks. The wait staff are so attentive, they keep bringing all those stuffed olives, and shimps sticks as snacks, a very nice touch.

Over all I give this place a 10+, I used to like the Peninsula, but they are too classic! (is there such word??) and too crowded.

I still try to stop by the Lounge once a month, this place become THE SPOT now!
