當時 2月尾,跟好姊妹一起夾份住中環香港四季酒店 Four Seasons Hotel 的兩日一夜 Staycation! 我們 Book 了海景酒店房,可是兩天的天空不造美,總是陰天!背景失色!然而,這個 Staycation package 包括:兩日一夜海景酒店房、2 人 High Tea set 及 2 人 自助早餐!後來,我 Email 問酒店,問番原先喺邊間餐廳食 High Tea set,原來喺番 Lobby 間 The Lounge 咋!係咁,我覺得我哋間酒店房個景更勝一籌嘞!亦別有一番體驗!酒店職員送上來酒店房,推一張圓枱連同食物,食物正是收藏於桌下的儲存櫃,也有用保鮮紙包好保質,讓她 Set up 後,我們才影相!四季 High Tea set 經常以節日或季節轉 Menu,一個月後再去隨時已轉 Menu 嘞!適逄2 月為新年及春天即將來臨,選用春天的食材! 柑橘主題 High Tea set 感覺清新!柑橘主題 High Tea set $545/2 上層:甜點中層:甜點下層:鹹點甜點及鹹點賣相精緻! (先嚐甜,後食鹹)$290/2 杯香檳 上層:甜點柑橘慕絲~慕絲甜美軟滑,底部是柑橘醬,酸甜清新!柑橘卷~這款最甜!咬開看似三文魚卷微脆的表面,內有朱古力瑞士卷,相當驚喜!木頭餅~有點乾身,內裡有吉士醬!雲呢拿奶凍~香甜而口感滑溜的雲呢拿奶凍,底部似是曲奇餅底,配以柑橘醬,口味上有強烈對比! 中層:Scone 鬆餅有兩款口味,原味鬆餅及提子味鬆餅,各兩件散發牛油芳香,原味鬆餅好鬆化,外脆內軟,甜度恰到好處!配以3 款醬:軟滑的 Clotted cream 忌廉、柑橘醬、藍莓醬!其實!食一個都有點滯! 下層:鹹點黑松露忌廉芝士泡芺~鬆泡泡的泡芺注滿黑松露忌廉,提升口味,綴以柑橘醬,增添一份清怡及減膩!迷你風乾火腿漢堡~外型的骰方便入口!風乾火腿帶出鹹鮮,柑橘醬帶果酸,開胃解膩!拿破崙~千層酥質感的拿破崙,質感尚算香脆! continue reading

中環情人節 afternoon tea 情人節來吃afternoon tea ,訂座時說tea set 跟平常吃的一樣,價錢也沒有變。鹹點有:藍蝦伴辣蛋黃醬、馬鈴薯絲配奶油麵包藍蝦新鮮,份量多;麵包香滑軟熟,很有水準。風乾火腿水牛芝士番茄卷、黑醋珍珠、橄欖油珍珠、羅勒配軟包Ham 跟芝士番茄的配搭不會有錯,味道突出。特級法國康堤芝士伴無花果、蘋果梨醬配法國多士無花果和蘋果梨醬酸味突出又和多士很協調,令人增添食慾。野菌慕絲牛肝菌迷你撻菌類好像不太新鮮,入口有一點苦味。甜點有:裱花杯子蛋糕心型雜莓朱古力紅果朱古力忌廉曲奇玫瑰白桃忌廉蛋糕紅絲絨蛋糕甜點都非常甜,唯一喜歡的是心型雜莓朱古力,雜莓的酸味突出,容易入口。其他的只能夠兩個人share 一件。鬆餅、提子鬆餅各一件鬆餅結實,不會鬆散。不算濕潤,是偏乾身,但不脆的那種。至於牛油味,這裏的鬆餅偏香濃。這裏的沙發座位很舒服,而且情人節那天客人不多,環境非常好。 continue reading

During Christmas, the weekend afternoon tea set has added a live station where you can order unlimited desserts The price is per person so you canTheir tea options were amazing and we got to try the ginger peach and organic lychee. Both were aromatic without overwhelming your olfaction.Overall the tea set was splendid. However, in view all food from the live station are desserts, I would have preferred the tea set to have a bit more savory to balance the whole afternoon tea. I am quite happy that they allowed us to choose the type of scones we want because my friend like plain scones only. Most places have preset the number of plain/raisin scones. In view I like both, we ended up having 3 plain scones and 1 raisin scone for our set.For desserts, I loved both the macaron and fruit log cake for achieving a great balance of sweetness and tartness.For savory, I think they all had their unique points. The freshness of the crab, the saltiness of the smoke salmon and the truffle sandwich were all great and was much needed as their were so many sweets in this meal.For the 3 desserts of the live station, I actually looked forward to the Gingerbread Spice Chocolate Foam the most but unfortunately the chocolate flavor overwhelmed the gingerbread flavor.The vanilla cream was so rich and you can see the vanilla seeds inside.I had least expected myself to love their Baked Alaska the most. the vanilla ice-cream and berry toppings inside were lovely to have together with the meringue and overall the dessert was not too sweet.  The place was really comfortable allowing you to chat for quite some time. 位於四季酒店大堂的 The Lounge,相信大部分人都是為了下午茶而來。但其實亞洲萬里通客戶可以用里數換購午市套餐 ,亦想不到午市套餐質素比預期要好。套餐共有三道菜, 餐前亦有麵包籃供應。 前菜最推薦一定是經典洋蔥湯, 質素絕對屬於數一數二, 絕對是這個套餐必點菜色。 至於另一道前菜拼盤就不過不失主菜, 烤牛肉質素中規中矩; 馬沙拉咖哩配香料飯可以一試 。至於甜品草莓奶凍份量意想不到地大, 還配上餐飲, 可以選擇各式各樣咖啡 。能夠在六星級酒店環境享用一頓午餐, 實在是一個美好的體驗。 continue reading

早前為左慶祝生日而去左四季酒店Staycation❤️ Package包左2人份既下午茶Set,今個月既主題係櫻花🌸,真係好切合春暖花開既感覺😘甜點🍮◦ 櫻花香檳白桃寒天◦ 草莓櫻花奶油卷◦ 開心果粉紅法式蛋白杏仁餅◦ 櫻花朱古力撻◦ 櫻花絲絨蛋糕◦ 四季鬆餅配自家制野莓果醬、燈籠果杏桃醬及傳統英式忌廉甜點款式都幾豐富,而且外型同樣好精緻!大部分甜品都用左櫻花呢個元素,滿滿既粉紅色真係滿足曬少女心,忍唔住係咁打卡😍當中我最鍾意既就係櫻花朱古力撻,平時我其實唔係咁鍾意朱古力🍫,反而呢個好有驚喜,朱古力味mousse比較濃郁但唔會太甜或者太苦,而且個撻焗得既酥脆,好好食😋櫻花紅絲絨蛋糕造型幾靚,上面有一個四季酒店Logo既朱古力牌仔幾得意👻;暖暖地既scone同樣驚喜,外脆內軟,牛油味都幾香,再搽埋果醬同clotted cream,哇真係一大享受😙鹹點🌮◦ 煙燻三文魚、檸檬忌廉芝士、牛油果醬日式三文治配梅子蛋黃醬◦ 磯煮鮑魚、粉紅魚松、櫻花漬物迷你撻◦ 鵪鶉蛋、日本海藻粉配迷你薄餅◦ 叉燒沙律、玉子、蕪菁墨西哥卷餅佢地既鹹點同其他地方比較唔同既係除左三文治,仲有其他款式,感覺就冇單一三文治咁單調😝每件鹹點都幾驚喜,當中我尤其滿意個迷你撻,估唔到鮑魚同櫻花都幾夾,而且個撻好鬆化,一啖食落去表示大滿足🤩茶🍵◦ 薰衣草伯爵紅茶◦ 檸檬香草茶兩款茶各有特色,平時都好少飲到呢種味道既茶,味道夠曬特別,而且都可以解膩🫶🏻環境🛋四季酒店The Lounge呢到座位好闊,而且係坐係大沙發好舒服,可以同朋友們係呢到度過一個悠閒下午順便慶祝生日,係一段美好既回憶❤️📍The Lounge @fshongkong中環金融街8號香港四季酒店大堂如果你鍾意我既分享,希望你可以Like❤️、Share和Follow @ourfoodstephk continue reading
