I like the haddock and scallop soufflé. The texture is soft and creamy. Underneath it are some green vegetables. It offers a delicate flavor and a nutritious feeling.

I also like the grilled beef a lot. It is served with bone marrow and potato, snow peas and Parmesan cheese. The violine sauce is a great match. The meat is very tender.

Overall, the express lunch set is satisfying. The interior design is very classy and comfortable. The service is excellent and efficient.
