i myself feel lobster in cheese is baked. i also specifically asked the ppl there who answered lobster is baked & 'not' deep-fried.anyway. the snails in chilli & wine there also good. snails fresh yet without pungent taste shellfish often hv. but culd grow v spicy if left heated over stove too long.
