今次已經係第二次黎容龍食海鮮餐~我地自己係三聖買海鮮,之後行過去容龍都唔駛10分鐘~由於已經預先book左位,所以唔駛等就可以入去坐~ 我地總共叫左8樣餸1) 豉椒炒大蟶子蟶子比平時食的大好多,經烹調後仍然爽口,而且以豉椒炒這個方式煮很入味,好食~(2) 芝士龍蝦(開邊)同平時的芝士龍蝦有少許不同,龍蝦表面的芝士焗到好脆,芝士味非常濃郁,而內裏的龍蝦則好彈牙,很出色的菜~(3) 胡椒薑蔥鮑魚煲胡椒薑蔥味非常濃郁,但由於鮑魚比較細,令到鮑魚過於入味,反而失去了原有的鮮味~(4) 蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝蒜茸味唔夠強,而且粉絲比較乾身,令到元貝味道比較清~(5) 海龍皇湯湯有蕃茄同豆腐菜兩種選擇,我們叫了後者,做法簡單,但味道鮮甜~(6) 特色意大利黑醋骨肉質都算滑,而黑醋味道唔會過酸,味道非常配合~(7) 上湯野菌浸菜苗菜的份量都唔少,味道中規中矩~(8) 福建炒飯份量比想像中大好多,味道都算唔差~酒家奉送生果及糖水,味道都ok~雖然酒家加工費唔算平,但食到這樣質素的菜仍然值得一試~ continue reading

那天在関財記 買了四人份量海鮮 約1400左右 包括 聖子皇、龍蝦、蟹、象拔蚌、蝦、扇貝~ 試過幾間 不過代煮比較好食 可說容龍了龍蝦焗出來比較干身 粉不算太厚 味道很好。 因為叫了個象拔蚌剌身 由於佢地冇刺身牌照 所以會有湯 比客 好似打邊爐咁 可以用個湯叫個白飯 做泡飯 不錯。 不過呢間代工比較貴 1200左右 包二個白飯、四 可樂 及一湯 。 味道很好 所以下次還是這間 continue reading

由於之前食過,味道幾好,於是再與朋友一行十一人買料去容龍食海鮮!總共買了九樣!其中有龍躉炒球同蒸聖子皇!完全五掂!其問題出於廚房個執瑪完全有問題!食龍𧄌最好味莫過於塊龍躉皮,又滑又膠,好有骨膠原,但佢竟然起皮同我炒肉,話炒球系起皮,我食咁耐海鮮真係第一次聽!跟著我追個部長,先炒返十一小片比我地!好明顯系比人落隔!部長仲話可能五新鮮!我啱啱先食完D肉無問題又點五新鮮!因我地系專登買左兩塊皮炒,結果都無埋!理論都無用!另外,個執瑪開完D聖子洗都五洗就去蒸,蜆有好多沙,我無話可說,但聖子皇你要開邊清理先蒸!根本D執瑪求其了事!😩😩味道雖好,但一間好的食館點可能有D咁既錯誤,還說是米芝莲星級! continue reading
