今次已經係第二次黎容龍食海鮮餐~我地自己係三聖買海鮮,之後行過去容龍都唔駛10分鐘~由於已經預先book左位,所以唔駛等就可以入去坐~ 我地總共叫左8樣餸1) 豉椒炒大蟶子蟶子比平時食的大好多,經烹調後仍然爽口,而且以豉椒炒這個方式煮很入味,好食~(2) 芝士龍蝦(開邊)同平時的芝士龍蝦有少許不同,龍蝦表面的芝士焗到好脆,芝士味非常濃郁,而內裏的龍蝦則好彈牙,很出色的菜~(3) 胡椒薑蔥鮑魚煲胡椒薑蔥味非常濃郁,但由於鮑魚比較細,令到鮑魚過於入味,反而失去了原有的鮮味~(4) 蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝蒜茸味唔夠強,而且粉絲比較乾身,令到元貝味道比較清~(5) 海龍皇湯湯有蕃茄同豆腐菜兩種選擇,我們叫了後者,做法簡單,但味道鮮甜~(6) 特色意大利黑醋骨肉質都算滑,而黑醋味道唔會過酸,味道非常配合~(7) 上湯野菌浸菜苗菜的份量都唔少,味道中規中矩~(8) 福建炒飯份量比想像中大好多,味道都算唔差~酒家奉送生果及糖水,味道都ok~雖然酒家加工費唔算平,但食到這樣質素的菜仍然值得一試~ continue reading

來這地方已不陌生,而每次來到都必選地道名菜及招牌菜,每次也不令我失望,尤其芝士開邊龍蝦和其他海鮮都保持新鮮和熱辣的水準,例如是那個砵酒焗壕、薑蔥鮑魚與及紅燒班頭腩簡直令人未食已經垂涎欲滴,最難得是每次的水準都能夠令人喜出望外,包括其他小菜及佐口小吃也令人感到驚喜,再來一個糯米蟹,就真的是捧着肚子滿滿足足的一頓高水準的海鮮晚餐,當然不能忘記海鮮晚宴後的甜品,椰皇燉鮮奶也是必要一試的。 continue reading

今日黃色暴雨警告好彩有私家車入去三聖唔係一定變咗落湯雞俾咗三成嘅海鮮街朋友介紹我去關記買海鮮我問佢哋啲夥計究竟邊一間酒樓最好食佢哋都係話容龍咁實無死啦佢哋都咁講咁實好食呀但永遠係幻想同理想永遠都唔會係一樣我哋今次三個人叫左六個人嘅嘢食睇吓佢嘅煮功究竟有幾犀利但除咗個湯之外我覺得其他嘅餸都係麻麻地嗰邊嘅天氣影響心情定係佢哋不嬲都係咁煮法而我朋友話最好食嘅乳豬都大失水準最誇張係一炸橙汁要兩百幾我成世人都未飲過最貴嘅橙汁在下應該係井底之蛙希望下次好食啲啦 continue reading

唔講你未必知道,呢度係米芝蓮推介餐廳嚟架!今晚食咗好多道菜,當中都有幾樣印象較深刻,只係未感受到點解會上到米芝蓮推介。『蒜蓉蒸蟹糯米飯』俾人嘅感覺好豐富,連埋蟹蓋,蟹腳等塞滿晒個蒸籠,加上橙紅色嘅蟹肉又係幾搶眼。蟹肉同糯米飯分別都好味道,撈埋一齊反而味道有點怪怪唔係太夾。『芝士焗龍蝦』基本上係一個普通菜式,我咁記得佢嘅原因在於佢嘅 texture。一般芝士焗龍蝦都係好多汁淋響面,相反呢個係乾身嘅,感覺幾有趣。芝士味道係濃嘅,所以食到好重芝士味而冇乜龍蝦味。酒家嘅食物質素同服務態度都不過不失啦,但既然係米芝蓮推介餐廳,我會期望佢可以做得再好啲! continue reading

聽人講容龍米芝蓮有上榜,又見Openrice 咁多人LIKE,所以就諗住去試下D招牌野。不過........1. 紅燒乳鴿   鴿肉完全無味,連最基本的 皮都唔脆2.芝士焗龍蝦    隻龍蝦上了芝士就炸熟佢,芝士睇落好多,但無濃郁的芝士味。龍蝦我懷疑唔係游水的......D肉又干又無味3.美藍雞    上D粉厚到爆,食到成口油。真係KFC都完勝佢我們只點了三樣野,但全部中伏!!!試完只有失望!!!不值遠渡而來所以話有時都唔好盡信D食評,要親身去試下先得,我就祗此一次。 continue reading
