容龍海鮮酒家Dragon Inn Seafood Restaurant 蟹飯是必吃之選有一段時間冇去容龍飲茶,二樓在酒樓外的涼亭消失了。酒樓內部比昔日擴充,大大的玻璃牆讓陽光進入酒樓,有自然光很舒服!即使是下午飲茶時間,我哋都會指定叫 蒜蓉肉蟹排骨糯米飯,這個飯製作需時而且蟹是由附近的海鮮檔交上來,所以如果決定咗食 就第一時間落order啦。蒜蓉肉蟹排骨糯米飯 是用一個蒸籠上枱,蓋子一打開,那些蒜蓉味、海鮮味、肉的香味,都會嗅到鼻子中,簡直香味四溢,稍等一陣將材料和糯米飯伴勻,大家都急不及待忙著享受美食。嘩! 隻蟹非常多肉,塞滿蟹鉗和蟹身,蟹肉鮮甜彈牙,海鮮檔交給他們的食材 次次都非常優質,不用自己廢神去選購。這兒的點心也非常不錯,有些是懷舊點心,例如豬肚燒賣⋯吃完飯 你更可到附近咖啡灣,青山灣沙灘走走,美食後享受一下陽光與海灘。 continue reading
