今日駕車專誠試下區內特別一點的早茶,經網上資訊在屯公下路近三聖牌坊有間十分出名的海鮮酒家有早茶飲,於是乎帶家中2老一同飲好茶餐廳多年都有奬攞令我喜出望外既係餐廳環境十分開揚,落地大玻璃欣賞窗外景色,令人心擴神怡3毎成人食左5個點心已經夠飽,點心每款都十分不錯,似是現場即製,食出點心的鮮味,與一般在食品廠預製然後運到食點翻熱的有明顯分別食飽可以上頂樓的天台花園口呼吸郊外的新鮮空氣,感覺成個人有充滿力量👍😄 continue reading

海鮮是在三聖村買來的。這家煮得很出色,不枉此行。良好歡聚,極推薦此家!芝士澳洲龍蝦真是妙絕! 芝士燒得香酥鬆脆,龍蝦肉鮮豐厚,每啖都是美味,叫人禁不住叫好呢!台山蠔具有 “一大、二肥、三白、四嫩、五脆” 的特徵。砵酒汁剛好包住台山蠔,蠔質肥美白滑、味道鮮甜、無渣、脆口、富有彈性,必食之選!辣酒煮螺端在熱爐上,滾起後蒜辣香味撲鼻,食落不嗆喉,湯汁伴米線吃,應該都會好吃呀。椒塩鮑魚,同樣是酥香可口,小食多滋味豆豉蟶子之下,墊了煎米粉,比別家好得多。以為無咩特色的椒絲腐乳貢菜,吃下去發現腐乳都香口過人,菜身多汁,真係得呀!呢道菜到來之前,就像中場休息。可能是等了半小時吧,但無妨。美食是值得等的。良朋談天回味,很有興致呢。大家都喜歡糯米煮得軟身,仍能粒粒分明,吸收蒜蓉和肉蟹鮮味,有嚼頭,不覺肥膩。旦散酥脆,淨吃都足夠,分開糖漿、椰絲芝麻、鍊奶,隨客人喜好點吃,各有風味。最後的燉椰皇好清香,本來打算只嚐一口,吃了一口便投降,直接多來幾匙,還吃埋椰肉呢。一 continue reading

三聖食海鮮首選容龍,試過幾間海鮮加工餐廳,都是容龍質素最為穩定,座位較為闊落寬敞,不過價錢相對就較貴一點點,建議可以午市去吃,加工費比晚市稍便宜。由於常光顧,容龍在屯門區來說,飲茶的點心屬於較高質素。例如腸粉、燒賣、蝦餃、叉燒餐包、鮑汁鳳爪等等,的確做得不錯!皮薄、料足!推薦👍🏻至於海鮮加工方面,推薦豉椒炒蟶子王,豉椒味道香濃,惹味,蟶子皇不會炒得過熟,爽口。第二是辣酒煮花螺,建議不能吃辣的,可以點小辣,因為會越煮越辣,酒香撲鼻,而且花螺很入味,建議可以買海鮮時買較大的東風螺,味道更佳!之後還可以點麵一起煮,麵條吸收了湯底的精華,更加好吃!第三是豉油王大蝦。緊記買蝦嘅時候要買大隻一點,大蝦走過油,外皮香脆可口,沾上豉油汁,連蝦肉都能吸收到豉油汁,非常惹味!第四是芝士焗龍蝦。這可算是他們家的招牌菜,芝士焗得相當香脆,龍蝦仍能保持鮮味,不過如果不喜歡吃太濃的芝士味,可能這道菜就不太適合了~不過都值得一試!第五是清蒸魚。通常買東星班,徵宇不會過火,而且豉油汁條配搭不會過鹹,非常鮮甜,魚上鋪上滿滿的蔥花,很好吃👍🏻還有砵酒焗蠔、奄仔蟹蒸糯米飯、海龍王湯等等,都可以一試。最後少不免吃他們家的椰皇燉蛋白,畫上完滿的句號。 continue reading

容龍海鮮酒家,位置比較偏遠,但成日都好旺場,每逢假日都好難book到位,點解?係囉!點解呢~睇下相會唔會知點解呢!芝士焗大蝦芝士龍蝦大家應該食得多,芝士大蝦就應該少食啦!因為要就其他人食龍蝦伊麵,大家又想食芝士,所以就咁樣食啦!芝士大蝦做得非常鬆脆,又唔會太乾,又保留到蝦既鮮味龍蝦伊麵龍蝦新鮮,基本上呢個龍蝦伊麵就一定會好好食~砵酒焗蠔我既至愛,每次嚟都一定要食必食推介呀!斑兩味 (炒球 & 炆骨)一條魚兩種食法,我自己就鐘意食炆骨多啲啦~燒鵝(半隻)我都唔知點解會叫燒鵝,尚算ok,如果個皮可以脆啲的話,就好啦! continue reading
