Quality is not that impressive, but the service is

I went there at afternoon for picking up the mooncakes. The tiffin lounge was reserved by Allianz Global Luncheon. Well, anyway, the cake shop is not so busy. When I approached to the waitress and asked if there is the pick up point for mooncakes, she replied yes without any facial expression. There's a chef besides her at the same time. I found one of the cake looks like Mango Napoleon seems good and asked for a piece. A waitress still looks moody and packed the cake for me. Cake is not bad but

Cake is not bad but not the impressive one however the service there is impressive. Cannot believe its Five star hotel. Mandarin Oriental won't have such staff FOR SURE!
