Black garlic pork bone soup had 4 huge pieces of pork femur bones. The bone marrow was super yum!! Black garlic, solo garlic, celery, raddish were some other ingredients. I didn't dip any soy sauce but only the broth because it was already so rich and flavorful.
The beef round has everything a beef lover wants - from lean to fatty beef cuts, omasum, tongue, brisket, fat... For me, the best way to enjoy beef in hotpot is wrapping it with lots of chopped garlic and spring onions!
Rainbow dumplings - another instagrammable dish. 7 colors, 7 flavors. The wrap had a slightly springy and bouncy texture similar to konjac.
Tried pineapple-based Mars Diva and peach-based Peach Fare. Alcohol and non-alcoholic versions were both available. Sweet girly cocktails that tasted kind of like classic fruit punch. Beer would be a better option to pair with hotpot personally!
