Not Authentic, No longer Like before

Was a fan of this restaurant when it first opened, haven’t been there for over a year and revisited them today. Menu has changed and the taste is no longer good like before, can’t find the authenticity anymore and more toned to the local taste instead. Will not go again We ordered the ban mee and the moonlight hor fun, while I appreciate the ban mee came with a lot of ingredients but the taste of the soup just feel wasn’t right and in fact it was weird; the same with the moonlight hor fun as wel

We ordered the ban mee and the moonlight hor fun, while I appreciate the ban mee came with a lot of ingredients but the taste of the soup just feel wasn’t right and in fact it was weird; the same with the moonlight hor fun as well while the portion is there but the choice of hor fun and the ingredients used are so different from the original version.
