Serving innovative fusion dishes in a quirky space filled with modern artwork, @ggood.day.bad.dayy is pretty much the same thing as sister restaurant @mmd.mamaday. Whether that’s a good or bad thing is up for discussion though. On one hand, there’s quality assurance that the worst that could happen will just be ‘so-so’ (or ‘mamaday’ in Canto) dishes, but on the other hand, you'll probably need to look elsewhere for greater surprises in terms of food. The tender and juicy pork jowl was paired with some interesting ingredients that actually worked better than expected when put together, including a sesame salad, prawn crackers and cold udon covered in bonito flakes. [Very Evil Avo Crab Salted Egg Pizza]
This tomato-free pizza was quite heavy from the richness of the crab meat, avocado, salted egg and cheese. Luckily, they added a yuzu salad on top and used a thin crust, or else we probably would have been even more bloated.

Don’t be fooled by the menu, this is not just a random platter of fried food. We were quite impressed by the satisfyingly crispy layer of all four sides (oyster, chicken wings, fish sticks and fries), especially when still hot.

This well-seasoned salad was loaded with plump scallops, crab sticks, shrimps and fruit (mango, blueberry and raspberry), making it a fresh and nutritious starter.

The matcha oat latte was a little too mild for our liking, but super recommend the refreshing yakult frappe that was full of yuzu flavour.
