好感動,之前生日表哥帶左我黎銅鑼灣一間高質食牛既餐廳食晚飯~間餐廳叫 "和牛燒肉‧純",一去同職員講BOOK 左位,好快就被安排入座! 我地食左四款肉,三碟牛、一碟豬~包括有:日本產上肉眼、厚切牛舌、日本產和牛排肉、日本產豚肉眼!日本產上肉眼:呢個係咁多款我覺得最正,燒完食落完全係入口即溶,而且脂肪比例均勻,顏色粉嫩,100分!      厚切牛舌:牛舌,厚切嘅,份量都幾多~不過燒完後相比頭先既日本產上肉眼較難咬,口感比較硬!日本產和牛排肉:牛排肉上既牛肉脂肪紋理分佈均勻,冇咩肥膏,入口即化,味道極鮮嫩!日本豚肉眼呢份肉有些少肥,肉身較厚,所以燒既時間要耐d ~ 燒完之後味道一般,都係食返牛好! 另外仲一人點左一杯梅酒~成餐飯好滿足呀!

日本產上肉眼:
呢個係咁多款我覺得最正,
燒完食落完全係入口即溶,而且脂肪比例均勻,顏色粉嫩,100分!      

厚切牛舌:
牛舌,厚切嘅,份量都幾多~
不過燒完後相比頭先既日本產上肉眼較難咬,口感比較硬!

日本產和牛排肉:
牛排肉上既牛肉脂肪紋理分佈均勻,冇咩肥膏,入口即化,味道極鮮嫩!


日本豚肉眼
呢份肉有些少肥,肉身較厚,所以燒既時間要耐d ~ 燒完之後味道一般,都係食返牛好!
 
另外仲一人點左一杯梅酒~成餐飯好滿足呀!
