今日難得跟朋友出來飲酒收工鬆一鬆,梗係要食番少少串燒墊下個肚先,平時成日排長龍,我地一於都試一試!鹽燒牛舌芯/燒雞胸軟骨串(2串)/西班牙黑毛豬/冬菇/雞髀菇牛舌芯好好食,大大塊勁厚切好有口感,而且每一塊油脂分佈均勻,超香濃牛味,爽口彈牙,配上鹽燒吊味,必食!雞胸軟骨好少機會食,依度燒到金黃色,軟骨十分脆口,特別之處係佢連少住許雞肉真係補充骨膠原兼蛋白質之選!西班牙黑毛豬名不虛傳,豬味十分濃郁,油脂比例合適,師傅手勢好好,燒到滲油但不會燒焦。冬菇非常多汁,外層十分乾身,令胡椒味十分突出,冬菇新鮮爽彈,抵食之選!雞髀菇菇外層乾身,撲滿孜然粉,爽彈之餘仲好有菇香味! 牛油栗米(原條開二)/秋葵/串燒豆腐栗米粒粒鮮甜多汁,搽上牛油好好食!栗米要燒得好食實在唔易,有時內裡未熟會硬骨骨同埋好乾,但餐廳燒得十分好,仲要大大條保證食得過癮!秋葵每一條都好新鮮多汁,脆身之餘唔會有太多黏液,貴為健康之選!串燒豆腐外脆內軟,豆味濃郁,灑上少少胡椒粉好惹味!雞腎串/厚燒玉子/泰國露筍/鹽燒白鱔雞腎串撲上少許孜然粉好好食,肉質爽口彈牙,每一顆都大大顆,師傅燒得一點都不馬虎,外面少少焦香脆口,內裡剛剛熟還保留了

雞腎串/厚燒玉子/泰國露筍/鹽燒白鱔
雞腎串撲上少許孜然粉好好食,肉質爽口彈牙,每一顆都大大顆,師傅燒得一點都不馬虎,外面少少焦香脆口,內裡剛剛熟還保留了好多汁。
厚燒玉子甜甜地中和了肉類嘅鹹味,雞蛋好軟熟又有蛋香,金黃色好吸引!泰國露筍嫩口無渣,每一條都翠綠色好多汁,仲帶少少甜味。鹽燒白鱔係燒烤必食之一,好喜歡皮脆肉嫩,白鱔好新鮮彈牙,又厚肉,師傅好細心挑晒骨,保證食得過癮!

蒜蓉燒茄子(原條)
茄子燒得好軟熟,肉質鮮甜,蒜蓉味濃,鋪滿成條茄子,老闆好大方,俾左條特大嘅我地過癮,而且上碟熱辣辣,食得好滋味!

低溫去骨燒乳鴿
首先,擺盤一流,即使去骨仍見到原隻乳鴿,慢煮後肉質鮮嫩,有點點煙燻嘅香氣,乳鴿無骨真係啱晒唔鍾意整污糟手指嘅大家!呢個真係大驚喜,必推!
