週末晚上想去吃串燒,朋友推薦吃這間。入店前,店員問我們是有沒有預訂桌子的。我們沒有預約的,是Walk-in的,幸好不用等就能進去了。坐下來看餐牌發現,這家店不只有串燒,更有一些主食、小吃。.餐桌上放了一大枝酒精搓手液,供人使用。餐具放桌子側的抽櫃,與很多茶餐廳一樣。.點餐紙排版很清晰,串燒款式總數不算很多,但種類分類清楚,感覺應有盡有,有蔬菜類、串燒肉類、海鮮類、廚師推介、意粉類(不過意粉類裡包含海鮮荷葉飯😂所以應該是主食分類才對)、小食類、飲品(啤酒 / 無酒精).首先我們確認了當日有隱藏版串燒 - 雞皮串燒,就叫了2份辣味的。這是點餐紙上沒有的,它們店的雞皮一大片,新鮮即炸,超香口好吃!其他點的串燒,味道選擇了走辣、孜然粉。點餐後很快就做好,很有效率。先來的是以下。雞中翼夠熱、燒得夠香,司華力腸是切片上,右邊是泰國露筍(1份)。跟隨著上餐的是以下:牛柳串口感不錯,不會乾,不過配上我選的味道,好像沒太多鹹味,不夠重口味。我覺得如果配辣粉會更好吃。燒蠔(煙肉款)好吃,又大又有汁,不乾身,想再試其他口味款式。黑松露菌蝦多士,即炸即吃,又熱又香,愛蝦和松露之人必吃!原條茄子亦好吃吃光桌上食物後,店長會很客氣地問還需不需要下單,如果不需要,就麻煩結帳讓店外的客人進來吃。下次再去吃串燒,我會首選這家! continue reading

旺角 大家心目中嘅不夜天因疫情同外圍因素影響感覺已經沒有以往般熱鬧繁華*****晚上九點多到達想去嘅餐廳居然準備收爐內心感到徬徨無比之際友人一句說話:定喎,呢度係旺角!的確,仲有好多選擇*****行下行下黎到“好燒式“哈!個名又改得唔錯喎衰鬼望下店內 坐滿九成試下冇壞啫*****兩個人叫左十樣野墨西哥芝士雞肉薄餅呢樣野唔係周圍食到印象中Greyhound 有得食味道相若價錢貴一倍個人覺得好食雞中翼雞全翼燒雞翼係串燒必點食物無論味道大小火候個人覺得係水準以上燒雞胸軟骨串(2)燒黑豚肋骨串燒菜心雞胸軟骨比較特別入口嫩滑唔鞋口只係肉較少軟骨又食唔到落肚黑豚肉鮮嫩入味菜心也出乎意料地好吃有調味之餘又有菜味燒茄子目測每枱必叫睇相已明解唔使多介紹忌廉白酒煮青口咁啱聽到老闆話青口逢星期五新西蘭到港又咁啱見到隔離枱食緊咁多配菜嘅煮青口真係少見青口唔算大隻但夠鮮味有驚喜的一道菜燒羊架(2支)又一驚喜菜式羊肉口感鮮嫩唔韌醬汁也是自家調製平日不吃羊的友人也讚口不絕燒粟米一條粟米一開二上一上枱即夾了一支忘了影相冇咩好講 冇野好彈*****做串燒睇落好易要突圍而出食材一定要夠新鮮調味料只係錦上添花呢度雖然鋪仔細細但整體嘅串燒水準相當高即使西式嘅薄餅青口亦處理得唔錯 continue reading

同老爺奶奶去食,老爺鐘意食海鮮但係奶奶食素的,好意外素菜很多選擇奶奶好滿意,海鮮很多時令款式同埋都很新鮮,老爺話一定要再嚟食,再加埋服務很好價錢又大眾化,我自己本人覺得意粉很有驚喜👏🏻👏🏻 continue reading

長假期第三日好想食串燒就去番旺角好燒式呢間已經食過好幾次了CP值好高價錢唔算貴雖然海鮮係時價入座後店員主動告知海鮮價錢唔會HARD SELL感覺OK~今晚試左蟶子夠新鮮呀加埋蒜容蔥去燒好香好香今晚食左好多野呀蝦餅啦 ~即炸的,好香口雞軟骨~ 本身鍾意食,好味雞腎 ~ 本人喜歡食內臟,呢個好啱我墨魚丸~ 正常, 朋友點的原條茄子~ 呢個係必點的, 一定要原條唔切片先原汁原味多春魚 ~ 正常牛肋條 ~本人本身唔好牛,都覺得呢個幾好味露筍~ 本身喜好的, 除左有少少老,味道係OK司華力腸~正常豆卜~夠干身, 有少少蜜糖味, 幾好豆腐 ~正常本身想ENCORE雞軟骨的但太飽了完全食唔落下次再食過啦PS 入座後會有個類似食泰式生蝦點的辣汁,呢個非常惹味,一定要試呀佢唔算好辣,但勁香,我地食咩都點呢個汁,讚~ continue reading
