Subject to the service level, I am generally satisfied. In addition to some minor problems such as the server forgot the coffee order ofour colleagues. We also noticed that at the time of the meal, a female server placed one of our main dish on the side table and left. is really not suitable for such improper conversation in front of the diners even though he did not perform well.
As far as food is concerned, it can only be said that it is quite satisfactory. No “Wow” factors we surely said especially the Miso Cod and
Australian beef are under average. The level is far below Café Causette. The cod sauce was too sweet and our ordered Medium rare beef was overcooked. The quality is really not very satisfactory at the price, refer to other five-star hotels such as FS, food standards and services are above MO.
