To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下着大雨，還掛起三號風球！與好友正在旺角看完電影，正想再逛街購物的但天氣関係雖然不太肚餓，都只好提早晚餐。走入T.O.P This is our place覓食，發現這個番新商埸很型，有種「工業風格！這裡的消售 對象 以年青人為主、有時裝，手袋，眼鏡，飾物和鞋店……等等。更有不同風味的食店，同時發現[ Lab Eat]西 餐廳的分店也在這裡，之前在尖沙咀店吃過晚餐對他們的食物有信心！ 於是决定在這裡食，沿著樓梯上至五樓……裝修優雅，墙身用了淺原木色的木裝飾，設有圆卡位，梳化等、玻璃門外更有露台座位，視覺舒服。可惜天氣差、只好在室内用餐了！Narcissus $ 38 顏色人！口感清新！入口散荔枝和檸檬清香！Vanilla Figzz $ 38有雲呢拿籽和無花果香甜甜蜜蜜！海鲜湯 $ 69湯清甜，蝦肉爽，魚肉十分滑！Scallop Carpaccio $ 198刺身级寶帶子薄切帶子配以新鲜海膽，三文鱼籽及温泉蛋。賣很靚！很吸引啊！口~帶子薄片與海膽鱼籽一起入口倍感鲜甜，而滑滑温泉蛋下 蘊藏著清新的檸檬雪葩，令帶子更爽更鲜！這個頭很有驚喜！蛋黄醬卡邦尼意大利粉 $ 168粉韌度適中，巴
