甜品方面,最出色的是糅合日本禪道及日式庭園花道的「禪」芝蔴蛋糕和「朱古力花環慕絲蛋糕」

前者味道不會太甜,蛋糕鬆軟中見芝蔴香;後者則是很 rich 的朱古力味,同樣都沒有太甜,以特顯可可香味。剛巧這天是在座「明報」記者朋友生日,我們大夥兒給她一個 surprise 和她一同切蛋糕慶祝呢!

另外吃過印象不俗的甜品有「日本梅酒金箔啫喱」,梅酒味道夠濃郁,口感 QQ 的,一口一啖,加了金箔更顯精緻。
