Was the pork chop as good as before?

The new location is not as cramped. There is more seating. Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English. There is no 10% service charge. It's in the form of a check off menu. They have since expanded their options by adding baked pork chop rice and curry. Also in with increase in menu options, there is an increase in price.

Curry Pork Chop with Thick Noodles ($63 + drink).  Boyfriend ordered this. Originally, he wanted onions and oil but they had run out. It was only 7 PM and they had already run out!?! So, he chose curry. I thought it was odd but oh well. What do I know? The curry was served on  the side and they included potatoes as well. The noodles were already seasoned with  a light soy sauce and tasted pretty good and very smooth. The curry was super spicy but I couldn't taste anything else but spicy.

Pork Chop with Minced Meat on Rice ($58 + drink). I asked for less rice so there is a discount of $1. Even with less rice, it was quite a lot. The mince meat was ok, not too salty and lots of sauce so the rice was nicely coated. But their pork chop is still the best. A good thick cut so it was moist and tender. The coating wasn't too thick and was very crispy. it seemed they also cut down on the MSG, too. Before it was so packed with MSG, my mouth went dry even before I finished half my meal.

I was pretty happy until boyfriend gave me his bok choy as he didn't want it. I bit into it and chomped on a stone! After that, I kept having a feeling I had a mouthful of dirt.
After that, I was wary to eat my own vegetable.

Other than the stone incident, they still do the best fried pork chop in town. Seating is not as cramped anymore but you still sit on uncomfortable little stools. One person fell over, so do be careful. Won't be back in a while.
