單從店名就知道這一間食肆人氣之選是炸豬扒飯。

豬扒飯一送上來我有點震驚, 他是整塊大豬扒放在碗的上面,幾乎你是看不到下面的飯。 豬扒是厚切的,豬扒外脆內軟,咬落去可以啩一聲,脆卜卜的炸漿應該是他們獨有的, 跟日本 韓國的炸豬扒完全不一樣,不會太乾身, 這樣肉質才可以保留鮮嫩肉汁豐盛,雖然係比較咸一點, 跟從台灣人喜歡吃重味食物的習慣。

今日黎到銅鑼灣食飯,聽個friend講話呢間餐廳幾好食,一於就黎試下去到發現都唔少人係到排隊,不過係出面可以拎定點餐紙點餐,入去個陣俾個waiter就得。排隊個陣隔離有個大餐牌~點餐紙蔥油豬扒飯(轉撈幼麵、加炒蛋)D蔥油多到堆左座小山,下面塊炸豬扒又好厚好大塊,再加麵同炒蛋係下面成碗野超大兜塊豬扒係炸,但冇炸到d肉乾哂,反而好juicy。而個外皮又好脆,口感超正。加埋炸蒜同炒滑蛋同個撈麵食,好好味咖喱豬扒飯塊豬扒應該係一樣,不過配飯一樣咁好食咖喱汁又好濃味,同豬扒一齊食好夾炸芝麻雞翼得2隻,不過係雞全翼,而且炸得好脆,唔錯跟餐+$5有杯柚子蜜,可能太多水有d淡鋪頭有d懷舊風我地2個人都食到超飽,但每人都唔洗$100,好抵食!

食店的裝修有種懷舊的感覺,走台式復古風,內裡有不少老台灣掛畫。店面非常整潔,但空間非常細,搭台的話會跟其他食客好近,有點尷尬。餐廳用開放式廚房,感覺心裡會踏實一點,師父的一舉一動都會被監察。坐在高台位置可以看到師父一炸豬扒,每一件都是新鮮出爐,香噴噴,不會變冷。豬扒十分大份,外脆內軟,內裡的肉汁沒有流失,面包糠沒有很多,不會太熱氣,又沒有太重的油味。咖哩是秘制,不會太辣,恰到好處。把咖哩汁淋上飯,簡直是一流。50多元的價錢,另外配上飲品,包你一定食得飽。

點了葱油豬扒飯,豬扒好crunchy, 肉唔厚,not juicy,葱油太鹹,portion OK. overall average. service needs to improve, I saw a waitress demanding a single customer moving table, not polite and I wouldn't had move if I was her. additionally, I waited 10 mins for my bowl. they clearly wanted to clear all the take away customers first but they shouldn't had neglect the walk in.

今日行經銅鑼灣,見到依間細細舖頭仔好多人排隊,本住「執輸行頭,慘過敗家」嘅心態即刻排隊入去試下先!排住隊個時望下d裝潢,又幾懷舊喎,古老味道嘅門口,九龍錶行嘅rolex鐘,配合木枱摺櫈,成個環境乃至小擺設配合即刻昇華咗!值得一讚係我地排隊個時填咗order 比咗職員,之後入到去坐低無耐即刻有得食,上菜時間極快。由於第一次黎,所以我就叫咗個蔥油豬扒飯,係依度嘅招牌!碗飯不但好大碗,連份豬扒都好大塊。䓤油味重。我一開始先放䓤油加豬扒,咬落去唔會皮肉分離。之後再拎蔥油撈飯食,簡直食唔停口!如果鐘意食辣,可以加d辣椒入去撈,更加正!我又叫咗個小食酥炸鳳眉蝦,蝦夠大隻,唔錯。最後,不得不提就係個蘋果汁,依隻牌子十分少見,細細地,幾得意,個人就覺得甜度適中,幾好飲,可以一試!

今次同朋友黎試一間好出名,專食炸豬扒飯既台式鋪頭食飯。個日人流唔算多,唔洗等位就食到啦。秘制豬扒飯(肉燥汁)- $58 首先講豬扒,脆漿炸得唔錯,好鬆化。豬扒肉質結實,炸得岩岩好,帶有少少肉汁。味道亦調較得恰到好處。豬扒下面就有肉燥汁,味道帶甜,撈飯食一流添!提提大家,呢度可以嗌少飯,就減一蚊。另外,鋪頭上菜速度快,豬扒溫度暖身,值得一讚!

約左幾個朋友一齊返去揾返啲童年回憶,記得讀書既時候食炊豕店覺得好貴,而家出左黎做野,反而覺得係銅鑼灣呢啲旺區可以食到咁既質素既食物,真係性價比好高。門口既感覺同以前好似,特別係門口呢個點餐紙既setting ,個時好多人迫係到揀食咩,個模式都仲係一樣。話得要揾回憶,緊係食返最原始既味道啦,呢個蔥油豬扒飯真係無得輸,仲係成座山咁多豬扒,特別係啲蔥油,真係多到跌曬落黎。平時出面食個啲可能得個少少,成碗飯都唔夠撈,呢間就唔同呢,仲多過飯,每啖都有味,最啱重口味人類XD。不得不講下個豬扒既厚度,係好認真既成吋厚,唔好以為係炸粉扮肉個啲一般貨色。唔好覺得厚豬扒就一定會好柴,呢個係軟熟唔會實的的,仲唔會個朕鬆肉粉既味,各位食肉獸可以一試。仲有呢個酥炸鳳尾蝦,勁大隻,好香脆,最好就一人一隻就夠了,約夠三個朋友就啱啱好,唔洗爭。野食都算有得揀,唯一美中不足就係飲品冇咩選擇,好彩都有可樂飲。如果有凍檸茶個啲,可能會更加正~

不得不講下個豬扒既厚度,係好認真既成吋厚,唔好以為係炸粉扮肉個啲一般貨色。唔好覺得厚豬扒就一定會好柴,呢個係軟熟唔會實的的,仲唔會個朕鬆肉粉既味,各位食肉獸可以一試。

我唔算成日去銅鑼灣,如果唔係朋友話呢間好好食我都未必會行下行下搵到。係門口已經已排隊,不過今日唔算排左好耐,同埋餐廳超貼心,係排到咁上下可以落單,一坐低差唔多野食就到!餐牌~選擇唔算話好多,但係對於我呢啲有選擇困難症既人就岩晒!當然要試試佢個招牌啦!環境唔算好大,但係好別緻。有好多好特別既裝飾,我諗餐廳係走懷舊路線。重頭戲黎啦!招牌蔥油豬扒飯!本身有諗過試下配肉燥汁,但見餐廳其他人都係食呢個,就叫左蔥油!蔥油同豬扒個味好夾,而且蔥油撈飯真係好好味,我平時算細食都食晒成碗飯!炸豬扒個炸漿做得好好,食落好脆。最重要係個豬扒,一啲都唔韌,又大份,正呀!加8蚊仲有支靚靚蘋果汁飲!最後唔夠喉當然要叫番個小食試下,呢份酥炸蝦同炸豬扒一樣,滿分!

重頭戲黎啦!招牌蔥油豬扒飯!本身有諗過試下配肉燥汁,但見餐廳其他人都係食呢個,就叫左蔥油!蔥油同豬扒個味好夾,而且蔥油撈飯真係好好味,我平時算細食都食晒成碗飯!炸豬扒個炸漿做得好好,食落好脆。最重要係個豬扒,一啲都唔韌,又大份,正呀!

 這晚在鰂魚涌做了讓腹肌腳肌撕裂然後會痛好幾天的Megacore運動之後,肚皮餓得當下可以鯨吞下一頭豬的我,決定衝過去銅鑼灣的炊豕店,點個我最愛的招牌豬扒飯醫肚。  趕到去餐廳的時候已經是8點左右,正值晚餐Peak season時間,店鋪正有不少人排隊。幸好,只是等待了10分鐘有座位。  招牌豬扒飯可以配肉燥汁,咖喱或是葱油。  我和男友就點了一碗配肉燥和一碗配葱油。 豬扒炸得靚,咬落個脆皮會發出“喀喀“聲音;豬扒肉質都幾腍身。  肉燥汁會比較香甜,而葱油則是比較鹹香,各有春秋。大概真的是餓到發瘋了,我想不消五分鐘已經吞滅了這碗豬扒飯,難怪餐廳說“我們都是吃豬大的”。魷魚鬚撒了炸蒜,配酸酸的醋汁可以減膩,吃了一口,居然意外地好吃!經過油炸之後,魷魚的海鮮味還能稍微保存下來,不多,但比其他餐廳炸得只剩下炸粉的味道要好太多了。
