BlackSalt does a great weekend brunch. The store itself is pretty small and compact, with a few tables placed outdoors which is pretty nice when the weather is cool and the sun is out. BlackSalt is located just a 3 minute walk from the Sai Ying Pun MTR station.

Dish 1 is the Kata Murga Benedict ($130). What made this dish stand out was the absolutely delicious pulled poultry tikka masala which was tender and flavourful!

Dish 2 is the Grilled chutney and cheese croquet madame. While this was also tasty, it lacked the final touch to elevate the dish and set it apart from others that also serve croquet Madame.

All in all it was a great lunch experience and hope to be back to try their dinner in the future!
