Ordered one matcha latte and one cake roll on a weekend. Matcha latte was average and the cake roll was disappointing. The texture was not soft and the roll was too moist. Tea flavor was weak and could only taste a bit of sweetness from the black sugar mochi. Furthermore no staff was there to clean the table and the straw left by the previous customer was there sitting on the table when we were seated. Later on a staff came to clean the table next to us but it was spotted that the cloth was already covered by grey stains and dirts. Definitely needs improvement on both food and service.
