L’epicurien $125
Consisting of prosciutto, brie & basil purée, tomatoes and egg, this flavour-packed crepe was unexpectedly good! I thought it would be really salty, but I was pleasantly surprised that the prosciutto was milder than most of the dry-cured ham that I’ve had before. Instead, it was subtly sweet and nutty, well complemented by the aroma of Brie, basil and egg. What’s more, the diced tomatoes added freshness and slight sourness to the crepe, balancing out the saltiness. Texture-wise, the smooth and moist consistency of the crepe went so well with the soft fillings. Heaven in every bite!

Butterscotch Apple Crumble $109
Filled with diced red apples, the crepe is topped with house-made butterscotch sauce, toffee crisps, oat crumble, and last bite not least, a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s so satisfying because of the contrasting texture of crunchy cobbler toppings with caramelised apple fillings and soft and delicate crepe. Juxtaposed to the warm crepe, the cool ice cream would surely elevate your senses and, when it slowly melted, add amazing fragrance to it!

Finally, let’s talk about the drinks!

Affogato $58
Vanilla gelato + espresso: Actually I don’t really like the texture of it because the resultant mixture was pretty thick and sweet despite the bitter espresso. So I’d rather stick with latte/cappuccino.
