早幾日約左朋友落蘭桂芳摸下酒杯底,臨去之前就諗住話不如係附近食少少野先,兜緊圈嘅時候就見到呢間餐廳,記得之前都有食過第二間分店,所以就試吓係咪一樣水準。我哋叫左一個油封鴨配格魯耶爾芝士dinner set,而朋友就揀咗黑松露香煎帶子可麗餅。朋友突然心血來潮,額外再加多左份薯條🤣🤣個set嘅沙律好快就上,主調係羽衣甘藍配黑醋。羽衣甘藍處理得好好,唔會有陣又苦又腥嘅味,加埋個黑醋汁,開胃到爆!好彩個薯條都好快到左,可以係等緊可麗餅嘅時候過下口癮!值得一提嘅係個薯條係啱啱炸起熱辣辣,佢係偏幼嘅薯條,食完一條又一條食得好快🤣🤣好快兩份可麗餅都到左。先講下我嘅油封鴨配芝士,佢上面放左一隻鴨脾,望到已經流哂口水。個鴨肉質結實得嚟唔會好韌,簡單嘅調味亦都唔會摭左鴨本身嘅味道,一個字,正! 之後切開個可麗餅,入面都好足料,啖啖都係鴨肉同芝士,芝士偏咸,配上鴨內絲好夾,同淨食隻鴨脾又係另一種風味朋友嘅黑松露帶子可麗餅上面有煎香左嘅帶子,加上黑松露醬,帶岀左帶子嘅鮮味!而可麗餅入面都有好多帶子粒,又係絕不欺場。將個黑松露醬混埋一齊食都好正。最後我dinner set 跟左一杯熱奶茶,係茶包奶茶,比起其他西餐廳一個茶膽沖起,可以跟據我飲開嘅濃度自己調教,係一個唔錯嘅gesture!果然呢一間分店都係保持超高嘅水準,下次即使唔係去蘭桂芳,去開呢頭都可以再幫襯! continue reading

餐廳:Café Crêpe地點:中環威靈頓街菜式:法式可麗餅餐牌:主打法式可麗餅,有鹹又有甜,好多選擇,仲可以自選口味。Special Dinner Set有主菜8選1,包前菜同餐飲。主菜有肉,有意粉,有可麗餅,都有漢堡。前菜有精選餐湯同田園沙律揀。今晚精選餐湯係椰菜花湯,我地揀左田園沙律。田園沙律有好新鮮既羽衣甘藍,加上紅蘿蔔絲,紫洋蔥,白蘿蔔片同新鮮士多啤梨加藍莓,碟邊加上香草。個汁係蜜糖黑醋,甜甜酸酸好開胃。香煎比目魚 $229 另加一比目魚煎得外皮金黃而入面雪白,而且脆皮肉嫩,伴有Dill忌廉醬,味道口感都同魚好夾,食落超滑溜,下底係滑溜薯蓉。伴有新鮮菠菜苗,洋蔥,加上香甜黑醋同鹽花,食材新鮮。開心果,核桃及蜂巢配香草雪糕可麗餅 跟餐加$99 另加一跟餐可以加錢叫甜可麗餅,正!暖暖地厚身軟棉棉又煙煙韌韌可麗餅加上大量核桃粒,蜂巢同開心果碎,面頭加上檸檬味醬汁,配一球雲呢拿雪糕。熱熔冰凍雪糕配暖暖可麗餅真係絕配,仲有脆口堅果同蜂巢可以加添口感,味道甜中帶酸,呢個甜品正!煙三文魚配奶油芝士 $135 另加一可麗餅口感軟綿綿,入面包住好多忌廉芝士,煙三文魚,菠菜苗同紫洋蔥絲,面頭加有一塊檸檬。煙三文魚同忌廉芝士係絕配,食落味道唔會太濃,鹹香煙三文魚中帶點滑溜口感,而菠菜可以加添清新感。凍榛子朱古力 朱古力大大杯,濃濃榛子味既香滑朱古力上面加上大pat忌廉,味道唔錯,唔會太甜。今餐食物質素唔錯,鹹甜可麗餅同比目魚都好高質。上菜快捷,地點方便。下次想食法式可麗餅都會再黎。 continue reading

今晚嚟中環食飯,想食西餐,見呢間又有意粉又有法式夾餅食,所以入嚟試吓:1)蒜香蜆肉扁意粉 $205 /set dinner呢個包一杯嘢飲同埋餐湯或田園沙律,所以嘢飲揀咗杯薄荷檸檬茶,同埋揀咗餐湯,餐湯就係蘑菇忌廉湯。個忌廉蘑菇湯超級濃,因為佢係用咗蘑菇去打碎嘅湯,杯薄荷檸檬茶個配搭好新鮮,雖然係用茶包,但係個味道就係好特別,熱飲免費嚟講揀呢個都唔錯。講返個意粉,個意粉整得好好食,食完個碟都唔係淨好多油,個香草配蒜香去炒個扁意粉係超級香,同埋啲蜆肉都幾大粒同有肉,所以整體係好食。2) St. Jacques 黑松露香煎帶子可麗餅 (鹹) $165呢個聽侍應話喺鹹嘅可麗餅當中都相當多客人會揀嘅,所以今晚就揀嚟試吓。上碟嘅時候都覺得個份量係出奇地大,以我所認知嘅可麗餅,係扁扁地一塊餅,入邊夾少少餡再加啲醬咁就算啦,但係呢個可麗餅係厚切咁上碟嘅,食嘅時候係啖啖都係帶子肉同埋黑松露嘅香氣,加埋啲忌廉,令到成件事係變得滑溜咗,同埋帶出到個黑松露嘅香同埋帶子嘅滑。認真說,呢個可麗餅其實兩個人share都真係幾飽肚。3)Tiramisu可麗餅(甜) $118個人覺得,可麗餅都係甜食最好味,所以呢個Tiramisu嘅可麗餅係一百分,食完係超級滿足,因為佢個餡揭出嚟係真係用Tiramisu嘅餅底同埋有咖啡酒味,個top加咗球雲呢拿雪糕,再灑啲咖啡粉喺面同埋有粒法式馬卡龍伴碟,成件事非常完美。4)Matcha Latte 抹茶鮮奶 $46唔太甜,有好濃嘅抹茶味,仲有靚靚拉花,好大杯,打卡一流!餐廳Service幾好,會識得向客人推介菜式,餐廳入面亦都好乾淨企理。可麗餅係會即叫即整,所以係非常之新鮮熱辣辣上碟,呢個加分👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 continue reading
