To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工唔知食乜好, 唸起 IFC 開左添好運咪去試下, 開頭唔知係邊, 要問保安先搵到; 我們一行兩人, 唔使等位, 但有少少唔開心就係個帶位丫姐問我人齊未, 我話齊, 佢仲要望, 要我指明邊個先比位, 大佬咩事先, 食件點心o者!我們叫了酥皮焗叉燒包(my 飛佛), 一貫保持到水準, 正! 鮑汁雞腳略炎唔夠淋, 但D汁都好味; 豬潤腸, 正; 值得一推的是馬拉糕, 真係好鬆, 好熱, 好好味, 一件唔夠喉, 可以的要求糕邊, 真係太監騎馬, 正! 相反當晚的糯米雞就唔多掂, 好似未熱得晒咁, 好硬, 但味道ok.隔離枱有4位藉人事(俗稱鬼佬), 我估應該遊客, 可能佢以為酥皮焗叉燒包係一個個咁點, 所以每人叫左3客, 成枱都係, 場面何其壯觀, 最終要包走, 如果我知我就會提提佢地.下次放假走去試埋ssp個間先.

我們叫了酥皮焗叉燒包(my 飛佛)
, 一貫保持到水準, 正! 鮑汁雞腳略炎唔夠淋, 但D汁都好味; 豬潤腸, 正; 值得一推的是馬拉糕, 真係好鬆, 好熱, 好好味, 一件唔夠喉, 可以的要求糕邊, 真係太監騎馬, 正!
