My company has moved to Hung Hom, this noodles bar is recommended by our neighbour company. The soup base / broth is MSG free, since I haven't got headache after having it and no sign of thirstiness. You choose your choice of food first at the entrance, then you pay, then they would cook, then you add your seasoning, their spicy sauce is their signature, please take a look at the newspaper cut. I am on keto, so they gave me more veg to replace noodles, i have ordered radish, squid and bean curd
