Great variety of vegan options

There is a very wide selection of vegan dishes, some are yummy (I personally suggest: Lotus Roots in truffle sesame sauce, Sichuan Spicy mushrooms and tofu) others slightly tasteless (I suggest to avoid the Dan Dan Noodles and the fried eggplants). To improve its definitely the service as waiters were very cold and not much welcoming, not sure if because there are less foreigners eating there.
