本人於2025年6月25日透過foodpanda訂購了珺 EMERALD 餐廳一客椰菜花飯,因為希望飲食清淡及健康,並配合減肥計劃,當晚只進食了該餐,並無進食其他任何食物。 但於當晚午夜時分,我突然嚴重肚痛及肚痾,並且嘔吐三次,情況非常嚴重。我即時前往急症室求醫,醫生為我注射止瀉針及止嘔針。回家後,症狀未有改善,仍然出現兩次嘔吐及持續腹痛,完全無法入睡。無奈之下,我再次前往急症室,醫生建議我需要住院治療。 住院期間,我接受了血液、尿液、糞便檢查及電腦掃描(CT),結果顯示腸部發炎,並於糞便樣本中檢驗出大腸桿菌。希望貴公司能夠正視事件,有否其他食客有類似情況?已經等了1星期,還未得到合理的回覆⋯⋯

Tried out a new vegetarian restaurant in Central called Emerald. On a weekday, there was lunch set at $168, including an appetizer to choose 1 from 2; a soup; a side dish; a main to choose from 4; and rice from 2 choices. Cauliflower mushroom & black fungus with sichuan spicy sauceFor appetizer, I chose this over vegan cheese & tomato with balsamic pearl. The sauce was really quite spicy. Texture-wise, they were ok. Soup was Chanterelles bamboo fungus vegan shark's fin soup, which was clear and tasted healthy. Side dish was king oyster mushroom with homemade sauce in 2 pieces. They were very crispy and well seasoned.Monkey head mushrooms with grapefruit osmanthu saucePortion was quite big. Monkey head mushrooms had crispy batter and they were also crunchy inside. They were topped by some black and white sesame seeds and little salad veggies with osmanthu petals. Flavour-wise, they were sweet & sour just like sweet & sour pork. Although grapefruit osmanthu flavour was not much, it was quite tasty and filling. Having said that, it took them very long to serve this mains for some reason.Cauliflower riceI chose Cauliflower rice instead of Quinoa rice. Portion was smaller than expected. Texture was very moist and I would say it was quite good. Overall food quality ok and environment was nice for a lunch gathering. At this price, I would say it was ok if there is no service charge as there were quite a number of dishes. Service was ok. Our empty water glasses were not always filled up though.

初三,所以只有festival menu 。九層塔茄子舞茸菇:呢個醬汁惹味又唔會太鹹,叫完呢個之後我哋叫咗個飯因為覺得撈飯會正 。如果有機會再嚟食飯,我會再點呢個餸 。玫瑰叉燒:見到咁多人介紹就試吓,皮係脆卜卜,偏甜,味道同平時嘅叉燒就唔係好似,當係一舊脆嘅植物肉咁樣食啦 。我覺得食一次就可以 。冬蔭純素蟹肉意大利飯:係有冬陰功味嘅,唔食得辣嘅都食到,除咗三色豆之外,其他餸都比較少,感覺較普通 。karana 植物肉蓮藕卷(原名好長):炒芝麻令到個卷幾香口,蓮藕味都出 。未算係好食到會立即諗下次幾時再嚟食,但如果喺中環想有個地方舒舒服服食素都可以考慮呢度。嗰日初三人唔多就冇限制用餐時間,平時就唔知啦 。
