非常精緻的上等素食!我嘗試分享主食以外的幾款。奇趣日式茄子的炸皮鬆脆新鮮不油膩,吃得出油是新鮮的。甜品創新又精緻,「雪影酪梨」光看名字已經很有詩意,其實是牛油果薑汁泡沫,組合很有創意,薑汁泡沫的口感比cappuccino 更薄更輕,還有淡淡的薑汁甜香,牛油果汁有點像薑汁撞奶,但甜味和口感的層次更仔細。純素Tiramisu賣相可愛,在無蛋奶的條件之下,味道和口感居然和有蛋奶的一模一樣,還少了一種乳製品的膩膩的感覺。 continue reading

大家年初一想出街食素菜午飯,就諗起依啲時間出中環可能仲冇咁多人,所以就嚟依度食,仲要本身地點響蘭桂坊隔離,由地鐵站行上嚟都唔係遠。同埋本身裏便好多窗光猛開陽,裝修亦都唔錯,所以響呢度食午餐感覺都特別精神爽利。但係掛住食真係唔記得叫咗啲乜嘢菜,淨係記得呢度個數叉燒做得又靚又好味,從來都唔會失望。佢個栗子煲就係穩陣之選,唔會點樣失手,味道亦都唔錯。素咕嚕肉又係另外一個一定會叫嘅餸,都係因為佢整得又脆又好味。豆腐又係另一個穩陣之選。佢個炒飯味道都好香,飯粒都好有咬感,唯一係個份量希望可以多少少。剩返呢個唔記得咗係乜嘢餸,淨係記得都係好味嘅。 continue reading

朋友表示過年吃得飽飽濟濟,提議吃齋菜,適逢大年初二,中環附近營業的餐廳不多,幸好朋友是「地頭蟲」,帶我們來到「珺」這間齋菜館可能我本身也喜歡吃素,所以餐牌內的款式雖然不多,但似乎又每款都很吸引。大家都一致地比較偏好真正的蔬菜,所以素肉類就不是我們主要的選擇「牛油果素蟹肉釀蕃茄」($128)這個每日限量的菜色很精緻,牛油果的份量比較少,少得我們笑說幾乎都找不到出來,但味道很新清,算是不錯的前菜「秘制酸辣湯」($168 / 窩)酸辣湯的酸辣味道平衡得非常出色,甚至比起很多上海菜館的酸辣湯調整得更好,如果湯內的材料份量多一點,整體口感會更佳「君子炒飯」($158)炒飯閃亮亮的,炒得粒粒分明,這個水準絕對合格「XO醬野菌炆新竹米粉」($138)因為是XO醬,味道比炒飯濃郁惹味一點,但醬料不重,吃起來感覺很輕盈「雙色蘆筍鮮百合炒素魚翅」($158)雙色蘆筍是青蘆筍及白蘆筍,再加上百合,因為材料已經是我的最愛,所以個人非常喜歡「炒四色椰菜西蘭花」($148)看名字就覺得好奇,四色會是甚麼蔬菜,顏色豐富、賣相漂亮「羊肚菌白甘荀燒豆腐」($158)燒豆腐的火喉掌握得很好,外香內嫩,配上味道恰到好處的醬汁,是另一個朋友們十分喜歡的菜色雖說是素菜,但其實愈簡單的材料,愈平凡的菜色,最考廚師功力。今天嚐過的菜色都非常好吃,價錢比一般素菜館貴,但餐廳位於中環地段,也屬區內正常價位。喜歡素菜的朋友,也值得來試試呢 continue reading
