Dai Pai Dong lamb hotpot

This one is a very traditional Dai Pai Dong that you can still see their kitchen is in between the streets. You can see how they cook and fry every dish. Under such cold weather, I went out with a gang of friends for Lamb Bowl. One of us introduced this one to us. The lamb bowl cost around 400 HKD but the portion is well enough to feed 4-5 people. The lamb bowl is with a basket of vegetables. We have 4 men to share the big bowl and cannot finish the dish. We ended up takeaway some of the portion

We ended up takeaway some of the portions back home.  What a pity that I forget to take picture of the lamb But I did take a picture of the abalone. It is actually a cold appetizer but it tastes so good. Highly recommended!
