To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香蒜牛肝菌意粉熱辣辣上枱,未食先聞到好香菌香味。意粉係幼身spaghetti,整到al dente質感,而且非常滑溜。味道方面係簡單橄欖油味,夠味又唔會太濃。牛肝菌份量都唔少,口感又滑又腍,本身有一種特別香味,口感就少少似肥膏。加左唔少蒜片,帶黎多一重味道,最後灑上香草。呢道意粉好味道,食完齒頰留香。

酥皮蘋果批既酥皮勁酥脆,又薄又酥,切落去聽到脆皮聲,批上面有幾片蘋果,灑上糖霜,溫度係暖架,唔會太甜。伴有一球好似係Dreyers既雲石雪糕,同埋紅色果醬,灑上紫色碎花,賣相都唔馬虎。一口可以食到包含多層酥皮酥脆批底,爽口蘋果肉同滑溜冰凍雪糕,為呢餐畫上完美句號!

星期一收工食返餐法國菜做晚飯真係爽,又唔洗食成幾個鐘。食物質素保持一貫水準。服務員哥哥親切爽手,呢餐飯食得好舒服。
