To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 頂角膏蟹的蟹膏確實超多,但有一半都是鮮紅色的,所以口感非常之硬,但其軟身膏一樣甘鮮。除了蟹膏多之外,蟹肉也很厚身,肉也鮮甜,不過時間蒸得有點過火喉,否則蟹肉更加嫩滑無比。

南瓜片和粟米都很清甜。
娃娃菜也很爽口。
