食完其實都好飽好飽…之後仲有椰汁燕窩做糖水。好香椰汁而且唔會太甜…

冰鎮澳洲龍蝦刺身
等咗好耐,最期待嘅龍蝦刺身出場!咁新鮮嘅龍蝦用嚟做刺身真係鮮甜爽口,口質極好!

本身自己其實唔係特別愛好鮑魚啦,覺得無味、而且食親呢側邊通常都係好軟嫩、但咬到去中間個心呢就會韌啦!
嘩!但呢度嘅鮑魚真係蒸得啱啱好,個心咬落一d韌都無!味道清甜,完全改善我一向對鮑魚嘅睇法~

講到青口、出邊好多食肆都係急凍貨.... 食落完全冇味嘅!🙄一係就用極濃醬汁去cover雪味.... 呢隻野生青口真係讚,
大隻得嚟又帶微微鮮甜~
至於刀貝蚌,size大、肥美肉厚、嫩滑爽口又帶有海水鮮味。 月亮貝就食落較有咬口~

雖然佢好醜樣,
其實都係屬龍蝦的一種~因紋理形狀似琵琶而命名~
本人係鍾意食佢多過波士頓龍蝦😆肉質鮮美爽甜、又多肉過龍蝦~ 啖啖肉好滋味!

最後最後~ 😊一鍋充滿海鮮精華嘅靚粥出場la~ 由於無落任何調味料,只靠粥底配料同精華出味,所以會淡口小小,靚姐就加咗菜譜同蔥花去吊味~
佢仲教識我哋、如果d粥有落到如味精嘅調味料,米嘅顏色就唔再係純白色,可能會係黃黃地咁~ 我自己都鍾意原汁原味呢~

值得一讚嘅係、呢度嘅員工對於食材知識都好豐富,可以解釋到例如來源地啦、點樣煮法啦、點樣食法係會比較好食😋! 同埋此店有一樣堅持嘅係、佢哋都由員工親自去幫客人主理蒸煮嘅過程,確保時間同技巧上都準確無誤,
令客人品嚐到何謂最好!

繼上個月於尖沙咀吃過這家蒸海鮮後, 發現原來九龍城亦有此家分店! 本身打算來到九龍城吃泰菜的我, 隨即變陣轉食蒸海鮮。

原因!? 因為真心的抵食!

打頭陣的是【越南大虎蝦】, 要知道蝦是否新鮮, 除了看肉質是否結實爽口外, 另一點就是看殼肉是否容易分離。無疑地, 大虎蝦肉爽口, 超新鮮的, 而且味道超鮮甜 超鮮甜 超鮮甜 的呢!

【韓國慶南珍珠蠔】、【台灣九孔鮑魚】

接著就是【韓國慶南珍珠蠔】、【台灣九孔鮑魚】, 短短的幾分鐘, 我最愛的蠔已在眼前。 蠔身經蒸後, 依然飽滿多汁滑流,非常好味。 

九孔鮑魚就更不用說了, 因有店員調較好蒸煮時間, 令鮑魚爽口軟身之餘又不會難以咀嚼入口, 好味!

【琵琶龍蝦】

相比起龍蝦, 店員特意推介較少吃到的琵琶龍蝦, 雖然賣相相當嚇人, 但「我很醜, 不過我很好吃!」有人更提到琵琶龍蝦有壯陽滋補之功效, 真真假假不得而知, 嘗過就知了! 小妹的確覺得店員沒介紹錯, 琵琶龍蝦比普通龍蝦更啖啖肉, 肉質更細嫩清甜好吃。

【罕有大黃奄蟹】【太平洋饅頭蟹】

最後整晚海鮮餐中的重中之重
本來想優雅的吃完整頓海鮮餐, 不過去到最後蟹的部份, 不得不用手, 一手捉住蟹腳, 一口吃其肉身, 但相當滋味!

大黃奄蟹罕有之處是它不是四季常有, 常聽說三月吃奄仔, 四月黑奄仔…七月八月吃油蟹」, 就知道奄仔蟹是相當罕貴。

叫得大黃奄蟹就是其多膏且多肉, 牠全身基本上是充滿赤黃色的蟹黃, 由蟹殼到蟹身都是, 蟹黃相對較結實有咬口,但蟹黃味不會過重過膩, 加上肉多, 整隻蟹都是寶, 非常非常非常好食


反之, 頭圓圓呆萌的饅頭蟹, 樣子看似傻頭傻腦, 聽聞是蟹界中之「渣男」, 錫老婆只得交配的幾天, 然後就不理配偶及其後代的生死。 說回來, 饅頭蟹雖不是昂貴貨, 肉及蟹黃相對少, 但其肉質就比較滑嫩, 都是值得一試的。

吃蒸海鮮當然不少得粥底, 所有海鮮的精華都在那盤粥內, 由於粥底本身有芋頭, 排骨, 而海鮮本身已帶有海水的咸味, 所以粥都已足夠味道, 就建議只加蔥花調味就好了

提起九龍城,想必令人想起泰菜或者清湯腩,今次我們反而去試蒸氣海鮮鍋。首先,前菜是餐廳送的炸魚皮,不得不說,這道炸魚皮十分有驚喜,香脆可口,鹹度適中,一口炸魚皮,一口啤酒,簡直令人停不下來,讚👍🏽第一位出場的主角是深海海星斑,每兩位半條,可能午膳時間人手不足,店員來不及最佳時間上菜,魚肉有點過熟,但味道尚可。接著出場的是每位加198升級的西澳龍蝦,吸取了前一道菜的經驗,我們不等店員前來上菜便自助上菜,以免龍蝦過熟。龍蝦肉質結實彈牙,鮮味十足😍然後就到重頭戲之一的奄仔蟹,蟹膏量一般,蟹肉鮮甜,但沒有留下特別難忘的感覺。中間還有一些貝類的海鮮,因為沒有什麼特別,所以沒有拍照,味道及新鮮度也一般。最後的甜品是椰汁燕窩,整頓飯最後出場的它竟然出乎意料的出色,椰汁香滑,每一口都有燕窩,如果份量能再多一點就完美。
